The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Near the Trendy Northern Quater. New Islington is a thriving community filled with family homes, apartments and social housing, all side by side with independent businesses and places to run, play, sit, and stay.
With trendy eateries such as Pollen Bakery (next to the tranquil waterside of New Islington Marina), which houses the legendary cruffin (a croissant/muffin hybrid for the uninitiated) and long queues. Or take a stroll through Cotton Field, an idyllic water park where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Improvement works have recently been completed, and they are used daily by families and people young and old for fitness and sport, walking, and picnics. People use this space to connect with others, essential for a dynamic city like Manchester. You can chill out amongst mature trees and floating wildlife islands in the open spaces and seating areas. It's a great fishing spot, too.
There is a tram stop just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. To go central, take the tram toward "Eccles via MediaCityUK" for two stops and get off at Piccadilly Gardens. You can also get off at St Peter's Square. To return from central, take the blue line towards Ashton-under-Lyne and get off at the New Islington tram stop. To go to the apartment from central. Tocan can take the Blue Line to Manchester Central (Piccadilly Gardens at New Islington. Alternatively, there is the 216 Bus that passes ALDI and heads to the Northern Quarter.
From Piccadilly Gardens, it's Stop D, and get off at New Islington, Great Ancoats Street (Stop F)
From the apartment to the Northern Quarter, it's New Islington, Great Ancoats Street (Stop F), and you can get off at Ancoats, Jersey Street. Buy the ticket on the bus with contactless (£2-£3)
Taxis and UBER are available for hire and are cheap, £5-£10 MAX.
Or, you can walk it all in about 15 minutes!
NOTE: This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
