«Good space for 3 adults and two kids to stay, 25 min commute to Colby college and Quarry Road trails. Couch was comfy and nice for gathering. Beds also comfy and the double bunks were helpful for our group. Plow came quickly after snowstorm. We didn’t get out on the lake due to cold but nice to have it close by. »

«The house was really nice. Updated with all modern appliances and very clean. The beds were very comfy. The scenery is beautiful on the lake. Wish there was coffee for the morning but wasn’t replaced from the previous tenants. Overall definitely recommend. »

«We spent a beautiful fall weekend at Cedar Estates, the house was clean and very well equipped, as described in the listing. We enjoyed a nice campfire on Saturday night at the fire pit. Our 2 dogs really enjoyed exploring and running outside as well! Clean sheets and towels, hot water - lovely overall!»

«It was a delight, with beautiful Great Pond and inlet close by. The house itself is rustic, spacious and comfortable. Its L.L. Bean history added to the charm. The space heaters were welcome. The location, on a spit of land near the end of a long dirt road, but convenient to the Belgrade Lakes town center, was most enjoyable. We'd definitely recommend it.»

«If you are considering this cabin, do not hesitate to book it. It is absolutely beautiful, perfect spot on the lake and still close to many local venues. We enjoyed a beautiful fall weekend and cannot wait to go back. Denise was the most gracious host and made us feel at home. We were able to fish off the dock which is just steps from the front porch. Beautiful sunsets and listening for the loons was a favorite. Wish we could give more than 5 stars! »

«My wife and I make a trip up to Maine every fall and I can state this property was one of the nicest we've ever stayed at. First the view: The cottage has an amazing view of the lake, sitting at the kitchen table there is a huge window and it feels like you are right on the water. The road that goes down to the cottage goes over a hill that has an absolutely stunning view of the entire lake and the mountains in the distance. The privacy at the cottage was great. «The camp was quaint, great kitchen! Unfortunately there was confusion & communication issues with our host not being notified that we had booked property. We received a refund from the host for the nights we didn't stay due to propane running out. The host had intended to have camp closed up the week we had booked.»

Discovered “A Small Town Bakery” with gluten-free options in nearby Wayne. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets for our stay, as well as games, movies and children’s toys. «Because my boyfriend's family had a summer "getaway" a few cottages down, when we rent this cottage it feels like going home again.
