«A great base from which to explore Magnetic Island. Easy to access the property from the ferry terminal and close to IGA, coffee, car hire etc. Four swimming pools and a spa (which thought there was just one so this was a bonus!). Shame there is no direct access to the harbour walk where the wallabies are (you have to walk all the way around - the apartments are highly fenced & secured). Tamara was great to deal with and the property was very clean, cool and bright. »

«Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. Spent almost 200 euro on roaming the three days. Local contact said would do his best but no luck. Communication complicated too with local contact as network not working, payment was ...

«Serenity is in a great location with just a short walk to Picnic Bay beach, pub, cafe, Italian restaurant and brewery. Damon and Moira are fab hosts and go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. »

«This lovely place is a piece of Magnetic Island's history, apparently a former recreational facility for soldiers. Unit 6 is a light-filled unit with steep stairs on either side, ceiling fans in every room, a very minimal, older kitchen and amazing views of the national park, generous courtyard and gorgeous pool. Luxury it isn't, but it is such a lovely space, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.»

«A very peaceful setting in the back streets of Arcadia. Older style unit that has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ten minute walk to beautiful Alma Bay and Arcadia Village pub that has good value meals.»

«The unit was a good size and well presented but needed some drawers or shelves. We enjoyed many good walks. Cleaning staff were very pleasant and the office staff very helpful. Perhaps some screening vegetation (not too tall) out the front would provide a bit of privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.»

«We had an amazing time at a beautiful location. Our initial room had some problems - microwave didnt work, air con was noisy, no coffee machine as promised - so without fuss we were upgraded to a larger apartment for the remaining days»
