«Wir waren zwei wochenlang mit unseren zwei Kindern und unserem Hund in dem Landhaus. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Anwesen ist ca. 50 km von Rom entfernt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage. Mann ist in der Natur und ist aber doch 50 km von Rom entfernt. Zwei Wochen nach dem Urlaub sind wir immer noch von dem Landhaus begeistert. Selbst die Kinder hatten in der Natur ihren Spass.»

«We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore. ...

«We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location»

Abitazione facile da raggiungere con automobile, fuori dal paese, quindi posto molto tranquillo con bella veduta Villa tenuta bene e molto spaziosa con all'interno tutto il necessario per cucinare, tante sedie, divani, sdraio. Possibilità di parcheggio per più automobili. In giardino presente piscina fuori terra, la Jacuzzi (che è una piacevole novità appena montata), barbecue. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco). «La casa è un vero paradiso per tutta la famiglia: spazi ampi sia dentro che fuori, calcetto e ping pong e una bellissima piscina. Unici punti negativi: aria condizionata solo nelle camere ma per fortuna c'era, non ci sono zanzariere e il posto è a 1 ora di strada dalla maggior parte dei posti da visitare con delle strade parecchio dissestate. Nel complesso un'ottima scelta per una vacanza rilassante con una famiglia numerosa (eravamo in 13). Grazie di tutto»
