«A good starting point for sightseeing in case you are driving. The castles in the area (Rhuddlan, Conwy, Grwych) or Llandudno er just a short drive away. Also it is next to nothing from the highway. Clean and quiet rooms (we got a room in the annex), not an overpriced restaurant right at the hotel next to it. Would return.»

«Good location - staff friendly and helpful - room lightening very dull to read anything only bathroom light bright - no lifts only stairs - beds were small I was frightened to turn over incase I fell out of bed - seems an old building g needs a refurb to modernise it - windows didn’t open to stay open enough to get signing and radiators in a timer room very warm- otherwise it served the purpose glad we only stayed 1 night »

«We had such a lovely stay, the staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The restaurant itself was clean, warm and cozy, with a really inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious! Our dishes were well-prepared and full of flavour. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into the menu and the ingredients. Also they do the best cup of coffee! «The pub is nice, with all old english charm. We stay there for 2 nights; Saturday 26 to Monday 28 August. Both evening there where live music. We were not prepared that the band was heavy metal and we mesure to 110 desibel, it was so loud that we had to go out, could not even be in our room in the 2nd floor. So we recommend the hotel, but be aware of the loud music if you are not fan of heavy metal»

«Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time »

«It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs.»
