«As expected it was simple with older appliances, BUT it was quiet, clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. It is located between the Higgs public beach and the Southernmost Point, only a few blocks away from each. «It was 6 miles from key west which we liked. It sits in an inlet so you don’t see much ocean or beach. Property had a separate bath house. Bathroom wasn’t really usable & tv cord was missing so no tv (wasn’t there to watch tv) If you have problems with close spaces, it wouldn’t be for you »

«Just a beautiful location, paradise. Spent mornings in the covered porch, husband loved the lagoon for fishing. We brought kayaks and the kids loved it. The dogs enjoyed the large property as well. »

«Spent Monday through Friday enjoying the peace and tranquility of this beautiful location. We brought a 22 foot center console with us and had no problems launching at the onsite boat ramp or tying up to the dock.
