«We stayed a total of four days. The resort is beautiful! We enjoyed everything. We only had some trouble with the housekeeping. They knocked and said they would come back in an hour but didn’t come back. And we wished for a playground.»

«The hotel location is great. I felt very safe and had no issue sleeping. The room was exactly as described. We arrived a little late and the woman at the front desk as very kind and helpful. When we expressed concern over the breakfast being after we had to leave in the morning, she made a note and had two small grab and go bags ready for my kids in the morning. «Overall it was a nice stay for the night. The only downfall was our rooms phone was completely broken from the wall and couldn’t get a replacement so ordering room service was difficult as I had to call the main windcreek line wait on hold and get transferred each time but still was able to receive it. I think the cleaning could have been a bit better as I noticed it was more of a touch up clean but not thoroughly cleaned. An inch of dust and dirt on almost all the furniture and no pillow cases ...
