Nestled in prime Hancock Park and roughly 10 minutes from Cedars-Sinai, 13 minutes from the nearest Kaiser Permanente location, and 20 minutes from UCLA Medical Center, this 1920's craftsman house is the perfect fit for anyone seeking privacy and direct access to Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills, is a hidden gem.

Blocks from Starbucks, Coffee Bean, and several restaurants, this Hollywood Charm home is perfect for someone wanting the California indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The courtyard is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, an afternoon lounge, or a sunset meal. The private backyard is a prime spot to play catch or lay out and catch some sun! And the house is filled with classic Hollywood features throughout.

Professional maids / cleaners / housekeepers. We serve the medical industry and use disinfectants in the cleaning process.

Quiet part of town, yet a relatively short drive to major highways if you want to get anywhere in LA, including Santa Monica, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Hancock Park, Famous Hollywood Hills, Silverlake, Downtown LA, etc. Perfect for the whole family! Amazing Location. Main house. Quiet Neighborhood. Indoor / Outdoor Flow. Natural Light, quiet neighborhood, fresh linens, secured front door access, 2 Full bathrooms (though one is snug), peaceful place.

Last-minute bookings are welcome. Clean Sheets. Additional guests are welcome, but please let us know if it will be more than a few guests visiting. Local renters welcome. Local reservations are welcome.

We are quick to reply to messages. We prefer communicating through the Airbnb app, but are available by phone once you've booked as well.

Perfect Stay!
We spent 3 nights in this charming house the last weekend in April while visiting family. The location was perfect, the house was spotless and the beds and living room furniture were extremely high quality and comfortable. It awarded us both the logistics we needed, and the ability to comfortably have the family over for hanging out at the end of the day and to bring in breakfast a couple of times. Lots of little nice touches like lap blankets and makeup mirrors for the ladies. We will definitely be returning here when we come to LA for our next visit!

Nice and convenient to LA attractions.
This is an old, charming home. Easily accommodated a family with three kids: two king bedrooms, an office with a nice pullout bed, and two bathrooms. Conveniently located for many LA attractions.

The house was charming and clean. The kitchen had all the basics if you need to cook. We appreciated the comfortable beds, quiet street and black out curtains which all contributed to restful evenings. The host was super responsive and helpful. Great location!
We loved this charming Hollywood house! It was so convenient to everything in LA and was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. From here we were able to do Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Universal, Malibu, and so much more. the house is cozy and beds are comfortable. We would definitely come back again.

A glimpse of the LA of the 1920’s
The house was lovely, and sparkling clean (important to us)! There are idiosyncrasies in every old house, and this one had one or two. But management quickly stepped in when we had a question. Management clearly cared about our enjoyment.

Cute house in very walkable location.
A 1920s house that has not been updated retains its charm but felt a little run down. The younger adults were charmed by its older features, the older adults loved how walkable the area is compared to much of LA. Very comfortable for 5 adults and manager was very responsive.

We chose this place mostly for the location—near koreatown. A few earlier reviews mentioned 'construction noise in the next property,' but fortunately, the construction was on pause while we stayed during the holiday season. The frames and walls are already up, so I guess the noisiest steps are already finished. Two places we walked to (10min walking with kids) and liked a lot: Republic cafe and bakery, and Genwa korean bbq

Great House and Location
My family stayed at the classic Hollywood home and it was fabulous. It was centrally located near all the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was beautiful. The house was well maintained, spacious, and looked exactly like the photos used online. When planning my next trip to LA, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lots of space, clean
Business partner and I stayed a week for work. House was very clean, had lots of space (a very comfortable king bed in each room was awesome), had everything you could possibly need and was in a great and easy location to both the East and West side. Property manager was also very communicative and helpful. I do think the house needs some updating throughout and removal of unnecessary (and in some cases) odd decor. There is also major house construction right next door and wish we were given a heads up about it as it was hard to work from the house with all the noise during the day. We had to leave every day by 8am to work elsewhere and get some quiet - defeats the purpose of staying in a house. Property manager did apologize profusely.

Charming bungalow but construction next door
The bungalow was located in a cute neighborhood and was a charming old timer. We were however disappointed that the host did not let us know that there was a new home under construction directly next door. Construction noise started at 7am and lasted through our stay. We were out sightseeing most of the day so wasn’t a huge impact on our couple of days. If you are looking for a quiet restful space this might not be the best place until the construction is complete. While the construction is out of the hosts control it seems appropriate, and we would have appreciated, a heads up as it did impact our overall experience at this property.

Perfect Location
Our family (65, 42, 17, 15, 13) enjoyed the house. It was so cute and even the teens enjoyed the historical vibe. We were able to spread out using the large couch in living room and pull out couch in study. Beds were very comfortable. We were located within easy distance of LA tourist spots including Man's Chinese Theater, Academy Museum, LA Contemporary Art Museum, La Brea Tar Pits and more. Many yummy restaurants too. Hosts were incredibly responsive anytime we had a question.

Wonderful location and stay
Very charming, well kept and clean home on a quiet street in mid-city LA, very close to Hancock Park. Very safe neighborhood and house, with locked gate into nice private courtyard before getting to the front door. Super convenient as a base to go to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory and Universal Studios. Excellent communication and responsiveness with the renter agent. 2nd bathroom is tiny but worked well for our family of 4. Soap, hairdryers, shampoo, etc. all there. Definitely would stay here again.

Adorable home, true to Hollywood style, easy access to all things LA!
What a beautiful and cozy home! It was so centrally located to everything that we needed. Came with a touch of the old Hollywood theme - including original built-ins and a classic stove (make sure you know how to operate it, and close the gas when finished). It’s only a couple blocks from the multi-million dollar mansions, great, safe neighborhood, walkable to Starbucks and other stores. We loved the airy, clean feel of the house. A couple housekeeping issues but nothing to prevent us from having a great stay! For the price per night, it’s a great deal - you can’t go wrong with this place!
