«Very convenient location for easy travel. Property well described but it is tucked in beside a disused club house. Car parking a bit hit and miss but wasn't a problem. Inside was clean but this was a bit tarnished by a very smelly cigarette bin right beside the front door and the smell permeated the whole house. Beds were good, facilities were good.»

«Great property, great location, great seaside town. The property was lovely but it was missing just a few basics to make it really superb. Some bin bags, some dishwasher tablets would have made everything so much easier?! Fab weekend nevertheless x»

«This is an amazing property overlooking the sea. It is very modern, light and airy and has an incredibly calm vibe. The deck is perfect for enjoying the beautiful views of the sea and is incredibly private due to the positioning of trees to the left and right and below the property. We enjoyed the space that the property provides internally, and it is very well equipped. The beds were ultra comfortable and we saw this was because there were Simba mattresses on 2 of the beds. «Booked at short notice for all 12 of us to attend a tragic funeral. Only criticisms were shortage of cooking utensils, lack of food processor and generally old and poor pots and pans. Also the hot tub was too hot and we couldn’t get it cooler. Otherwise, lovely house and grounds.»

«Beautiful traditional row house with a lovely nautical theme. Close to the beach, and the train station, kept us cosy over Christmas, with some lovely little decorations put up by the owner! »

«Pleasant Vale is a lovely house for a family holiday, with plenty of space so that time spent at the property is as enjoyable as time spent visiting the fantastic beaches and historic sights. Marros beach is an absolute gem, well worth the work down and back. Guy the host was always available for help and advise. Highly recommended.»

«The property was excellent, we had plenty of room, enjoyed the hot tub and were able to use the swimming pool on the holiday park. The only downside was the position of the accommodation in terms of accessing the village of Amroth and Beach, the roads were difficult to walk due to the narrowness of them. «Stayed for 5 nights over Christmas as myself and partner have moved away from Llanelli. Was located in the middle of both families, the kitchen was user friendly for our dinner, plenty of nice walking areas around, and if taking dogs there’s huge field just behind the garden for dogs to run around, wish we had brought ours! Whenever we come back down for a few nights we will definitely have this house as our first choice! Very cosy, very quiet,absolutely ideal!»
