«Very convenient location for easy travel. Property well described but it is tucked in beside a disused club house. Car parking a bit hit and miss but wasn't a problem. Inside was clean but this was a bit tarnished by a very smelly cigarette bin right beside the front door and the smell permeated the whole house. Beds were good, facilities were good.»

«An old cottage with everything you would need for a few days away. Up a narrow lane so access takes a bit of thinking about. Llangrannog although small has lots of interest and there is great walking all around. »

«Pleasant Vale is a lovely house for a family holiday, with plenty of space so that time spent at the property is as enjoyable as time spent visiting the fantastic beaches and historic sights. Marros beach is an absolute gem, well worth the work down and back. Guy the host was always available for help and advise. Highly recommended.»

«I booked the house to celebrate my son’s birthday. 8 in our party ranging from 1 to 57 plus a dog. More than enough room for everyone, the house is enormous and we loved it. The garden is exceptional! There’s even a football pitch and a lake! Absolutely unbelievable! The downside for me was that the house wasn’t spotlessly clean. Lots of cobwebs and looking a little tired in places. The huge hot tub in the garden wasn’t working and has just been left to rot. There are 2 cabins down by the lake ...

«We stayed along with my brother and his family - 6 adults, 2 children and one dog. The house is as described and shown in the pics. Perfect location 5 mins walk from the beach, shop, pub, takeaways. 5 min drive from Cardigan which happened to be holding a food festival on the Saturday when we popped in to get wetsuits. «Light, bright spacious kitchen dining area. Good sized bedrooms. Lovely open living area with comfy sofas. The garden is a bonus for drying wetsuits or, more importantly, sitting out in of an evening with a beer or two. The property has its own parking area alongside the house, separate from the car park, which you wouldn’t know was there without looking. A really quiet area within 2 minutes stroll the town centre.»
