«We had a lovely stay at Bevan house, visiting the area to attend a wedding. The house was large and well equipped and the hit tub was really fantastic. Absolutely no issues at all and the property was clean and located in a beautiful spot. Very minor but couldn't find any scissors, other than this, no suggestions for improvement at all»

«Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away.»

«Stay was wonderful and we were very pleased with the presentation of the property and were not disappointed. There were a couple of fixtures which need attention, and would have liked the hot tub to have had a constant bubble setting, but other than that had a wonderful stay. We were very impressed by the letting agents communication and efficient reply to our queries.»

«Beautifully clean, comfortable, well equipped house with stunning views. There was plenty of space for all ten of us (age range four months to eighty-five years), and a small dog. We had an amazing few days.»

«Brilliant location for exploring Hay. Cottage is like a tardis and has the added bonus of a driveway.»

«Fab property, not the easiest to get to but absolute heaven once you are there. Fantastic views!! The property is large and very clean with everything one could need.»

«If you want a no frills peaceful getaway I would recommend the farmhouse. Great for a base to see surrounding area and very relaxing»
