Private Location. End of Road Privacy.
Located just 25 minutes from downtown Livingston in the beautiful Beartooth Mountain Range. 3 floors, wrap around decks, privacy, amazing views and wildlife abundant. Near enough to town for your needs, but far enough out of town to be completely private. Dining Room with ample seating for 6 again with large windows for taking in all the beauty Montana has to offer. The deck off the Dining area has a table and chairs and the outdoor propane grill.

Main Floor
2 bedrooms with a king bed in each, both have access to the deck that wraps around the back and side of the house. There are also 2 bathrooms one with shower only and the other has a tub/shower combo.

Lower Level
We have the Laundry Room with stackable Washer and Dryer. The California King Bedroom is also located on this lower level with large windows and blackout curtains.

Upstairs
Kitchen has a large propane range and oven, dishwasher, stainless steel fridge with ice dispenser, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot, kettle, service ware, and various spices are available.. the kitchen has bar seating for 4.
The Living space is off the Kitchen featuring large windows for amazing views, sofas and easy chairs. Dining Room is also located here with ample seating for 6 again with large windows for taking in all the beauty Montana has to offer. The deck off the Dining area has a table and chairs and the outdoor propane grill. You will enjoy many lovely evenings on this deck!

Some Noteable Items
We have Lan line phone service. Cell service is not great, but you may get a bar or two
ViaSat Internet. Our only option, does well enough, you can stream a movie on the Smart TV.

Additional Space Heaters for your comfort, although the Central Heat does excellent.
We do NOT have AC, the windows, fans and crisp mountain air will be enough to keep you cool even on the hottest days in Montana.

Follow Rules and Instructions that are listed in the House Manual Located at the property. No Smoking in the home, all cigarette butts must be disposed of property. If the home is located outside city limits, you are on a septic system and you MUST NOT flush anything other than toilet paper.

Beautiful views
If you love being secluded and away from others, this is the place for you. The last mile and a half to get to the home is very rough as it is a small and narrow winding dirt and gravel road. It takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes to travel in to Livingston even though the home is probably only about 10 miles away from town. You just can’t drive fast on the gravel roads, but that was not a deterrent for us. This is the second time that we have stayed in two years and a home is beautiful and has everything that you need. It really is like a home away from home.

We loved our stay at Mission Meadows! The home had all of the amenities needed, was in a peaceful location, and the views were amazing! It was the perfect place for my family to ‘unplug!’

Super
Cabin was outstanding. Top of the line cooktop refrigerator disshwasher. Dual adjustable mattress king bed. View was incredible. Deer & fawns in the meadow and birds singing on the porch every am WiFi worked well (call for pass word). Only 2 small problems: the cabin is @ the end of a dirt road & w/rain was heavily rutted. Glad we rented a 4 wheel drive @ airport. Other problem was no Numbered sign 4 address. It’s sharp R. Turn before cattle guard into lane. All in all, a super 21 day vacation.

Beautiful, secluded.
This is a beautiful house in a secluded area. We had a couple of issues that were immediately cleared up by the owners. We were treated very well and they were very thoughtful. Overall, we really enjoyed the house, especially the decks and the view. The only thing I would advise on is that parking is very limited. I have a pickup with four doors and an eight foot box and it was difficult to turn around. Do not attempt to pull a trailer into the property. I highly recommend the place though. I think you will love it as we did.

Way to get away
A wonderful cabin in a remote, beautiful location. Clean, spacious, bright, it has all you need for a comfortable engagement with nature and the beauty of Montana. Could not have been better.

Amazing home
This remote cabin fulfills my dreams! It’s the second time here, and every moment was also special in this home. Kitchen is incredible, beds are comfy, views are to die for. Birdwatchers will loved We did a few hikes nearby. The flowers are stunning this time of year. Thank you so much for having us!

Beautiful
The location is beautiful and has great views. To get to the property you have to take some fairly rough roads but if you're looking for a place to get away and relax it is perfect. If you're looking to come and go frequently it may not be ideal. Overall, it was a great property and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cabin!
The cabin was beautiful and spacious with artistic touches. It had everything we needed to cook and animal watch from the deck. There wasn't service (to be expected) but the wifi was significantly lacking so I would be weary if you plan on working remotely from the cabin. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway
The property was perfect for a week to get away from city life, and was a great home base to explore Yellowstone and other areas in Montana/Wyoming. The house was comfortable, clean, and extremely well-stocked. We only had two people but you could easily fit six people with no issues. The views from the deck were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

Get away to Livinston
Spectacular setting. A bit out of town on dirt road but well worth the drive. We saw bear and deer visited property. House was very well kept and provided everything we needed. I don't recommend to anyone with mobility problems as main living are is upstairs and no bathroom on that level. Also Master BR tub difficult to use without water soaking the floor. Would not want to drive road in snow or rainy season.

Wonderful Rural Getaway
Hannah’s place is beautiful. There was more than enough space for my friend and me; we each had our own bathrooms and the deck spaces allowed us to have plenty of space to ourselves. The kitchen is amazing and we loved Hannah’s tips about the bear-safe porch and hikes in the area. It is definitely in a more remote setting about a 30 minute ride from Livingston, 20 of which are on dirt roads. We found it to be perfect for our getaway vacation and highly recommend her place if you don’t mind being away from it all.

Remote, private, perfect!
Pics online don’t do this place justice! House was gorgeous, more artsy-vibe than log cabin- but well thought out. Kitchen was the best equipped of any rental I’ve stayed at, which was important because the property is remote. But the location is great for those looking for pretty mountains and jaw dropping scenery. Take the short hikes described in the welcome packet that take you to the ridge behind the property. Near range and long range views to take your breath away! We had a great stay. Hope to return!

Private, Secluded “Home-y” Getaway
Beautiful and modern house with all the amenities. Travel about 15 minutes down a gravel road up the ridge to a spacious house with privacy and a beautiful view. It was a little farther out than we had planned, approx. 30 mins from Livingston/1 hour from Bozeman. But if you are going there to just relax and enjoy the slow pace, then this is the place for you! My favorite part was the awesome kitchen. Hannah was very kind and able to be reached when we needed her. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back in the near future!

Restful retreat
This is a nice property. Great layout, well-stocked kitchen and lots of interesting little knick knacks to amuse guests. It’s pretty remote so if winter weather is a possibility you definitely need all-wheel drive. Not super convenient if you are planning to come and go often but if you want a private, restful retreat, this is it. Check-in/check-out was easy.
