«The grounds and room were beautiful. We checked in on Monday with no hot water. I reached out to the staff multiple times from Monday to Thursday in regards to having no hot water. I finally went to the main desk Thursday right after 12pm because the ‘manager’ was actually there. She did at that point move us to another room. Poor customer service for multiple days. «The home had everything you could need or want in a vacation home. Venture out is a large park with lots of amenities but surprisingly quiet. It’s in a great location to visit Key West or Marathon. I will definitely consider a stay here when I return to the Keys.»

«Property was what we expected. Location was amazing. Excellent views of the night sky from the dock. No issues with our stay. Owner was quick to respond to questions. We swam and snorkeled off the dock. Lots of sea life around. We barely used the house as we wanted to be outside enjoying the views! Will be back again. Highly recommend for families »
