«Very clean cabin with a great view. Everything was clean and neat. There's a hot tub on the porch which was perfect for soaking and looking at the stars on a night that would otherwise be too cold to be outside. In the morning we were able to watch a family of deer play in the field out front and saw a group of turkeys wander through. I would definitely stay here again.»

«We truly enjoyed our stay at Seth’s cabin. We felt very welcome upon arrival and it was the perfect secluded and relaxing place to call home settled among the mountains while also being so close to shops, restaurants and grocery In the adorable town of Black Mountain as well. We looked forward to soaking in the hot tub each night, watching VHS movies (they have an amazing collection) by the fire and cooking in the kitchen while listening to records. «We loved this cabin! After a long day of volunteering with hurricane clean-up, it was nice to stay in a safe, quaint, and beautiful cabin. The driveway into the property was the only reason I did not give the "area around the property" 5 stars. However, I suspect the recent flooding is what made the driveway so bumpy. Overall, it was terrific, though! Ed was a great host!»

«The Cabin is secluded, but close to Spruce Pine and Little Switzerland. There was no internet or cable on our visit, which was disappointing, as we had hoped to cuddle up and watch Christmas movies. There isn't central heat, it's a split unit, and I didn't feel like it was as warm as the degree it was set on; however, overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathroom had many items you may have forgotten.»
