«The west room suite was perfect for indoor pool access. The hotel is a bit outdated and we did not get hot water. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very nice and helpful. The property has lots to offer including sledding, hiking, and playgrounds for kids. »

«I love this property the over all stay was nice . It was the staff that took it down a star . Half were very accommodating and pleasant. The other half could use hospitality training. They just seemed inconvenienced by simple requests. Such as extra blankets or towels. But overall a great place . I would stay here again.»

«Very nice hotel. For an independent hotel, they really had their act together. Clean, free bfast was actually pretty good. The rooms were clean and the towels were plentiful and new. I would go back and also recommend this place to anyone else. Only gripe would be the fact that it is the only hotel I have been to in the last "fifty" years that still actually uses KEYS.»

«The room was cute but definitely overpriced. We visited the saloon restaurant for some drinks and sat there for at least 10 waiting to be helped and the bartender walked by us without acknowledgment. We were looking forward to the food and drinks but ended up going to the restaurant next door. Cool experience that everyone should at least try once.»

« well we had a big problem with non-handicap room, room was below the parking lot then stairs, we did get him in room first night, but the staff accommodated us to move to handicap room on parking level with no stairs, Another issue is the beautiful pool area, no matter how you access it there are two sets of 4-5 stairs no wheelchair, or walker access, it does have pool lift but it was broken,My brother came to visit so we just lifted our son to get in and out of the pool,Again staff tried there ...
