«Very nice house with beautiful swimming pool in a small tuscan village. Quite charming and nicely built. Kitchen and living room area as well as shower at the pool requiring some renovation. However, with very nice weather time spent mainly outside. Very helpful support by rental agency when required.»

«Ideal lovely location on a mt hillside with a beautiful sea view and mountain ranges behind us. Charming couple that own the house. Daniele was very helpful getting our dog the correct health certificate papers since we were visiting Italy for 3 months. He went over and above helping us...and we are very grateful. The house is as described-safe area and close to Lucca and Viareggio Beach and town...a fabulous area to visit!!! Perfect location and base to see all the sights in Tuscany and go on ...

«Traumhaft gelegene Villa aus dem Mittelalter mit etwas Patina. Genug Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub in absolut ruhiger Gegend und Abgeschiedenheit. Der Fußweg vom Parkplatz zur Villa war etwas beschwerlich, die Einkäufe und das Gepäck konnten mit dem Auto nach oben gefahren werden. Leider fehlte die im Inserat beschriebene Tischtennisplatte und Polster für die Poolliegen.»

«Lovely property. Deep in the mountains of Tuscany. No air con needed as very cool in the house. Houses great really big and completely private. All the sounds you hear is running water and the birds. «Travelling with 5 adults and 3 children the House was Great. 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms provides the privacy and space you need. A lot of areas to relax and read a book or to gather for meals and social interactions. Everything is nice and clean, and though the villa is not new, it is well looked after. «Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Die Zeit dort war sehr schön und erholsam. Der kurze Weg zum Eisladen war für das Portemonnaie gefährlich. Wir haben fast jeden Tag dort gegessen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super. Immer erreichbar und immer eine Lösung parat. Auch die Eigentümerin durften wir kennenlernen. Auch sehr angenehm.
