Great stay--but there was a significant miscommunication with the airport shuttle service. We let them know we would need it before our flight, called when we arrived in Lexington and confirmed we were at the pick up location. Then, we waited an hour before having to call again to ask if they were on their way. They weren't, but they sent someone immediately and the shuttle driver apologized and said he picked up others and thought it was us. He was very kind, but his statement seemed odd to us, since there were not many people at the ground transportation area and we were very attentive to watching for a shuttle. (Sadly, it was evening, raining, and cold--which made it harder to wait a long time.) Lack of coordination, communication, and perhaps organization? Naturally, it was another 30 min before we arrived at the hotel. No problem with the return shuttle. Overall, I recommend the hotel and hope they figure out a better evening shuttle pick up procedure.
