«We truly enjoyed our stay! They had pretty much everything we needed for our annual Thanksgiving vacation. The kids & adults both enjoyed the family game room in the garage. Other than a slight issue with trying to work the downstairs washer (we just all used the one upstairs) it was the perfect vacation. Great location!! «Perfect location and views. Great proximity to Beech Mtn. Plenty of space. However, property furnishings were extremely worn and needed to be thrown out. Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else.»

«This house was very spacious & above all, clean. I loved the view & the location was perfect. I take my son snow tubing every year for his birthday & knowing how short of a walk/drive to the snow tubing place was just the icing on top. Anna was very friendly & responsive, I have no complaints! Loved this house & would recommend to friends & family! »

«Our large group of 15 people had a great time at The Overlook Lodge! The place was clean, nice and spacious. All bedrooms were large and comfortable, most of them had ensuite bedrooms, which made it all very comfortable and easy. The enormous kitchen island could easily accommodate our entire group for dinners and socializing, and we didn't really feel like we lacked anything. The parking lot fit multiple cars and it was easy to load your groceries and gear indoors after coming home. ...

«We stayed at this property the week before July 4th, the house had enough space for our group of 18 people, the views of the property and the neighbor's horses were amazing. We especially enjoyed the open back yard area where we played many rounds of corn hole and the tennis courts. The temperature was wonderful for the middle of summer so we all enjoyed being outside. «The cabin was nice and road access to it was just as described, we were lucky to have good, dry weather but even with 4 wheeled drive Jeep would not want or recommend to drive on the 2mi stretch from main road to the cabin. Matt and Christopher were nice answering promptly any questions or concerns we had. »

«To begin with the good, a wonderful home with beautiful views, a suitable hot tub, and comfortable beds. Kitchen with adequate utensils, but don’t expect any accoutrements. The grill worked great!Wonderful, woodburning fireplace. The home stocked with firewood which was unexpected yet deeply appreciated.
