«Gorgeous house. Beautiful views. Horses on the property that you can pet. Carport connected. Private “in law suite” with small kitchen and bathroom. All the amenities one might need. Awesome communication with owner. Responds quickly and is very helpful. Donor hesitate and rent this house. If you rent in the winter with possible ice or snow, you will want to drive a 4 wheel drive of some sort. »

«We stayed at this property the week before July 4th, the house had enough space for our group of 18 people, the views of the property and the neighbor's horses were amazing. We especially enjoyed the open back yard area where we played many rounds of corn hole and the tennis courts. The temperature was wonderful for the middle of summer so we all enjoyed being outside. «We so enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for families to have their space while still utilizing the comfortable group lounging areas and prepping food to enjoy for a crowd. Ample sleeping areas for multiple families or friend couples. The amenities are top notch - very roomy jacuzzi tub and nicely appointed shower and sauna area. The parking is roomy and well laid out. The mud room is perfect for coming in from a day of skiing to take of boots, snow jackets, and bibs. Plenty of storage ...

«This property is absolutely stunning! We brought the "matures" and one teenager and there was something for everyone. The only caveat was the code to get in didn't work when we arrived. That is always a stressful way to kick off, but the realty company handled within minutes. And we were able to access with a key and a new code. Enjoyed this spacious lodge for a long weekend. We would definitely stay again.»

«We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house, perfect for our large family group! It was very clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool table, jacuzzi, and foosball added a lot of fun to our time together. We gave the newlyweds the king suite with the amazing bathroom and I was jealous! The wraparound porch was fantastic and I love the back yard view. I noted some sleds and an amazing sledding hill, so we’d love to return for a winter trip! Vacasa ...

«Stayed with my extended family, ages 12-60, and 3 dogs. We all loved it. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had great views. It was so nice that the property was fenced and dogs could roam. The weather was fantastic with temps ranging from upper 50s to mid-80s in late July. Meanwhile temps at home in Arlington VA were hitting 100. It was a great escape!»

«Perfect location and views. Great proximity to Beech Mtn. Plenty of space. However, property furnishings were extremely worn and needed to be thrown out. Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else.»

«The house and property were amazing. We had a great time even though it was just for a weekend. We toured App State and had a wonderful time at the house. It accommodated 12 of us perfectly and we would highly recommend anyone to reserve the property. The views are spectacular! The management company responded quickly to all of our questions. «Our family stayed here for a short trip to the mountains and we were blown away! The house itself is gorgeous and has so many small thoughtful things (heated floors in the master bathroom?! love!) Besides the house, the host was very welcoming and responsive. There was everything we could have thought to need already there! And those mountain views… Wow! Would recommend to anyone to stay.»

«We have stayed in Sugar Mtn countless times over the decades, both in houses and condos, and we thoroughly enjoyed this round house. It was clean and well-stocked and having two toilets upstairs was nice. My husband and I (in our 60's) stayed in the basement in the bunk beds, a first, and we have never experienced a spiral staircase like that! For anyone very overweight or with bad knees, I would suggest you enter that room using the outside stairs from the deck and avoid the staircase. Despite ...
