«This house worked great for our family (adult children). The house was stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen items, etc.Great location. Lyft XL rides were only 14 to get downtown (less than 10 for regular-sized car). A lot of services near the house.Awesome VRBO stay!»

«Great home for 3 couples with the 3 ensuite bathrooms. Very clean and nicely appointed. We loved being able to walk to the stadium but we would not have done it at night or on a non-game day. If the police hadn't been in the area, we would have gotten an uber. »

«Emily is the perfect host. The cottage was even more beautiful than the pictures could display. Safe and quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. Last minute additions with family guests were easily accommodated and everyone was very comfortable. We will be making it a family tradition. Thank you!! »

«Washer broke on day 1 but the owner had towels and wash cloths shipped overnight. »

«The property was perfect for our family of four. I was not familiar with Nashville, but decided to go with East Nashville and it was perfect. We were within walking distance of some restaurants as well as the stadium for the game. I’d recommend this property. »

«A group of 6 adults and two dogs for two nights in Nashville. We cooked two meals in the kitchen with plenty of utensils. We were very comfortable in the house and the big fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. The only issue we had was the coded lock not working properly but they sent someone out right away to get it fixed. »

«This house was perfect for multiple couples! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! We also liked the open concept of the kitchen… living room… and dining room. It was big enough for everyone to hang out in! The rooftop was pretty awesome as well! You definitely have to Uber to Broadway, but there are some fun restaurants and breweries around the house! I would highly recommend this place!!!»
