The Space:
As soon as you walk in, you will feel right at home. There's something to do for everyone from ages 2 - 99+!
The main game room has a huge "4 in 1" TV where you can watch movies or live tv or live sports. If you can't pick what to watch, you can watch them all on our multiscreen. There's 4 lounger chairs which have cup holders, heated, and massage features! In the same room, you can play pool or ping pong. There's also a happy hour corner with a mixing set and a drink mixing menu for you to enjoy.
The sunken living room features a big screen TV with a sound bar for entertainment. There's 2 arcade games: a golf simulator, as well as a PacMan game with tons of extra. The oversized sofa couch is very comfortable and big enough to nap on.
The open concept of the first floor allows you and your group to enjoy the space, while feeling connected. You will be able to sit 10+ guests in the oversized dining table next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked, with all the basic essentials to cook, a stove top, double oven, and oversized fridge. Every stay will be FULLY stocked with K-Cup Coffees with different options.
What makes our property truly unique is its 5 themed bedrooms, with one located downstairs and four upstairs, each thoughtfully designed with a distinct theme for a memorable stay:
-The Floating Cloud Room: This would be the primary bedroom. There's LED clouds and lots of floating shelves and cabinets. This is supposed to make you feel at peace and full relaxation. This is a full suite with attached bathroom, as well as an attached balcony with Strip Views!
-The Gatsby Room: This is located on the first floor, and would be great for those that don't want to take the stairs. This is also a suite, with it's own bathroom attached. This room features a full vanity as well. There's direct outdoor / pool access from this room.
-The Nautical Room: This room is themed to make you feel like you are sailor, going on a nice excursion. This room features a working desk and has a very interesting wavy wall design.
-The Japanese Room: This room is themed to make you feel like you're in Japan. There's a bamboo wall, made from real bamboo, and a floating mirror with a bluetooth speaker. There's also a working desk in there.
-The Bunk and Play Room - This room has a bunk bed and a full sized bed. It features an activity wall and would be very fun for kids or even "kidults." It's next to the loft area, which is a playroom that features an "infinity board game" that has 40+ games installed in 1 screen.
The outdoors has even more features and activities! The main attraction is the fully refinished pickleball / basketball court. It has newly installed lights as well, so you can play after the sun sets also. There's ample equipment and even shaded seating, so you may have spectators for your games.
The glistening pool is another highlight of this property. There's 4 loungers so you can get your tan on. If you prefer the shade, there's also shaded patio seating, and a outdoor dining set.
Along the other side of the house, there's a playset for the kids, and shaded patio with ample seating.
This house is very special because of all the foliage, trees, flowers, fruits, and real grass that it features. You won't feel like you're in the desert, even though it's in Vegas.

Other Things to Note:
The pool can be heated upon request. Because of high gas usage, there is a $100 / day and $600 / week charge to heat the pool. Must request 24 hours ahead of time. The Pool and spa are connected and can not be heated separately.
***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.
