This smoke-free Studio has a fitness center, pool and a bar/lounge. Free WI-FI in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Include a spa tub, and a 24-hour front desk, full kitchen and for a bit of entertainment, a plasma TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences like a sitting area or a amazing Strip View.

The service with the parking and bellhop is the best I’ve had. But the refrigerator and freezer are not what you think they’re going to be when looking at the property pictures of the room so that was a letdown. They also didn’t have enough silverware for 4 people which is another thing that the property information said it could do.

Descent, slightly disappointed
Room was listed correctly except for not letting us know balcony was not available. Check in is at 3pm, knowning a early check in option is availble and needs to be purchased before arrival would have been nice. Room wasn't very clean when we arrived. Carpet not vacuumed and floors not sweeped. Host would respond but was very short with answers and would sometime be rude. There was poor communication between the host and front desck with each one saying the other needed to be contacted.

Nice property
Property was clean. It is somewhat aged but well maintained. A bit of a disappointment that the balcony door is kept locked. Other properties I have stayed at such as the Cosmopolitan provide access to their balconies. Casino is easily accessed from the 2nd floor and there is ample parking around the property.

My friends and I LOVED staying here! The only slight concerns: we were told the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked so we brought cooking materials, but it ended up being fully stocked with plates, cups, etc. We were 1 towel short for 4 people so we had to buy another from the hotel; same with toilet paper which we didn’t know we would have to buy going into this. Also, the fridge didn’t work but the freezer kept our food perfectly chilled. We would definitely stay again! Felt safe the entire time.

Long football weekend in Vegas
We had a great time. Property is exactly as specified and this is my second stay. Love the convenience and parking of the Palms Place with the direct to the Palms casino and all it has to offer. The small kitchenette is perfect for stocking up on snacks and happy hours while watching football on 2 large TVs. Will def be back.

Sunrise over the Strip!
We sat next to the sliding glass door and enjoyed the sunrise over Vegas. Beautiful. We loved the apartment and the building itself. The staff was friendly and entrance points were covered by security. The area was safe.

Lots of potential but fell short in many ways
Great location, very nice property, good overall layout and lots to offer, a great unit for a single or couple with a great view of the Vegas skyline. The unit is rough, not well maintained with tattered furnishings, mold in the shower and grout lines have not been cleaned in months if not years, broken wine fridge, tiny fridge, patio door locked as a penny pinch on the $5M liability insurance costs to open the door. The unit was not clean, lacks a few decent ammenites in the kitchen to cook and the Property Manager wants no part in dealing with suggestions or complaints. I was left hanging unitl a few hours before arrival, needing to call VRBO to find out the check in process was super simple. Parking is great and a good walk to LV Blvd and all the action as well as a shorter walk for groceries, Starbucks and loads of fast food and restaurants. Palms Place has lots to offer but some of the units or at least this one on the thirtyeighth floor, needs a facelift in my opinon after staying here for 8-nights.

Enjoyed the tremendous view, as well as the amenities at the Palm Casino. Important to know that both pools at the Palms can be 21 if there are events scheduled. If you have minors who want to use the pool, check ahead. Enjoyed the buffet, gaming, and the Ghostbar. Only trouble were two bathroom lights that had a strobe effect going on in the bathroom that were not repaired during our three-day stay, even though we let the owner know the first hour we arrived. Used the mirror behind the bed to get ready. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, and the shower was terrific.

Die anlage war nicht zu übertreffen...freie parken...super nette angestellte...vorallem McDonald's kaffee für 1:50$ und des rund um die uhr ...alle 3 palms miteinander verbunden alles innen zu erreichen .... nur ein kleines Manko...der check in code für das appartment sollte vorab geklärt sein .....Host Eillen war sehr nett und wäre jederzeit zu erreichen wenn etwas wäre

Worn Room, Fun Property
Overall, really fun and clean resort. The palms and palms place were both lots of fun, and the common areas were clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the room looked like it really needed to be redone. The bathroom is especially dirty, and upon closer inspection, all of the furniture had either spots or burn holes or tears in it. Would we stay here again? Yes, but I would hope to have a better room. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the strip. And a $12 cab ride to any place you want to go.

We checked into this property for four days - it was wonderful! Property was exactly what we needed - very easy check in process, beautiful space! Only issues were locked patio door (would’ve loved to be outside on the balcony, but they are locked for safety reasons) and deactivating keys (this is NOT a host issue - hotel key cards are touchy). Overall, I would stay here again in a second! Wonderful communication, easy transaction, and great price! Thank you so much for a memorable trip!

Enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay at Palms Place, communication with the owner is easy and fast. The property is clean and has everything we need for our stay and the view of the strip is beautiful day and night. Highly recommended and definitely will stay again if we are in Las Vegas. Thank you Eileen!!
