«Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. «I would definitely recommend the stay at this place, it’s nearby the LP city centre and one of the most popular beaches Las Canteras. It also has all the amenities and utensils for any needs during the stay.»

«Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, wir haben den Hof sehr genossen. Alles was man braucht war da, aber alles irgendwie ungenügend. Winzige Töpfe, wenig Besteck, nur ein riesiges „Schafes“Messer, zu wenige Stühle, sehr günstige synthetische Bettwäsche. Die Wohnung ist auch recht hellhörig, allerdings nicht im Schlafzimmer.Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war ungenügend.»

«El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, y con todo tipo de comodidades, tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones y baños!. Totalmente recomendable para dos o tres personas y el espacio fue mas que suficiente!!! Además, se encuentra a escasos 100 metros de la playa de las canteras, y la posibilidad de tener parking en esa zona es inmejorable. Gracias a Alejandro por su amabilidad.»

«We stayed in July 2023 for two weeks. PROS: Las Canteras is GORGEOUS and this location is super close to the beach. You can walk to literally everything. Tons of restaurants, stores, shops, grab a towel and you are on the spectacular beach. The beach is literally around the corner 1-2 min walk. This apartment has a washer & dryer. «Antes de empezar quiero dejar claro que Mayka, trabajadora en la oficina ha sido un amor de mujer y nos ha intentado ayudar todo lo que ha podido. Empezamos por que no está avisado en ningún lado que es un local comercial reacondicionado sin ventanas, que compensan con dos torres de aire acondicionado con más polvo que una casa abandonada.
