«The cottage is very nice. It is on two levels, the kitchen/dining is down quite a steep staircase that I found difficult to negotiate. I'm nearly 70 and my daughter fast approaching 50, so not spring chickens! If you want to use the sofa as a bed there is a 35 pound charge for linen that isn't made clear when booking. We both slept in the one bed which was fine. Extra charges should be mAde clear on booking and the fact it only has one bedroom was disappointing. Otherwise nice place if somewhat ...

«Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. »

«LOVED IT! We loved everything about our stay at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The location is great, quiet and residential, yet just a ten minute walk to the Royal Mile. The apartment is beautiful, just like a place that a character from a Hallmark movie would live in! And a Christmas tree! What a nice touch! The owners were 100% responsive, before, during, and after our stay. Stay here, you will love it as much as we did!»
