«This was our third time staying in this castle apartment. It’s a lovely little piece of heaven. We love everything about it. The views are simply spectacular! We love the kitchen and prepared several meals while there. The location is great and the town is so very cute. There are great restaurants all around and it’s an easy drive to lots of other little towns, restaurants, and shops and wineries. We like going to the market day in the Piazza and to the Coop for little bits of groceries.  ...

The charm of the old castle is really charming. The staff were all very friendly. Our apartment was located outside the castle. It was 50 to 100 meters to the castle on foot. «Cabbiavoli was the gathering place for our two week celebration with family and friends for my husband’s retirement. We were within an hour of every place we wanted to visit (Florence, Siena, Piza, Volterra) and even got to do the Cinque Terre hike, albeit a long day but so worth the two hour drive time! The train being so close made all excursions possible. Wineries are very close and within driving distance. Cabbiavoli itself is loaded with history and its grounds and views are breathtaking. ...

Plenty of dead moskitos covered the walls additionally. Mold in the bathrooms and strange stains. There were doors instead of windows and no fly screens at all. «Alles so wie angegeben. Restaurant war mega lecker wenn auch etwas teuer. Die Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können. Außerdem hatten wir ein relativ großes mückenproblem da die Fenster auch wenn sie zu sind nicht wirklich zu sind. Alles in allem aber trotzdem eine tolle Ferienwohnung neben dem wirklich schön gelegenen Schloss»
