This solar home has brand-new split heating and cooling in every room of the home. Yes, every bedroom and common area has its own individual remote control to condition your room just the way you want it.
This home has your private dock, (to tie up your boat, fish, or swim off of).

The Space:
This beautiful lakefront house sits on a point with 180-degree views! With a calm channel on one side, it has full lake access with 150 feet of lakefront! This home is set up for entertainment! An outdoor bar, inground lagoon-style pool, hot tub, and fire pit make it perfect to spend time with family and friends. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs which include, very comfortable high-end beds such as the king master bedroom ensuite, 2 Queen-sized themed bedrooms, (The SEA room and The PALM room), and a fully stocked additional bathroom. Up the trendy spiral stairs, you will find a large amazing view room with black-out curtains and again with very comfortable beds including two twins, one queen, and one full-size bed, and a bathroom with a stall shower.
Enjoy the high-speed internet with wifi and smart TVs w/apps upstairs and down.
The kitchen is fully stocked and linens are provided. The coffee station includes decaf coffee and a water kettle for tea as well. Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, and hand and body soaps. There are spices, coffee, and tea provided. Just Added: "State of the Art" Induction range, real convection Oven with Air Fry" you must try.
BRING firewood for the fire pit if you wish to enjoy a fire.

If you bring your boat, there is a private floating dock to tie up to, swim, and fish off of right in your backyard.

"A Front Row," is on the water with your own private dock to tie up your boat, fish, or swim off of. Clearlake is a very warm natural lake with ducks and birds right in the backyard. There is fun for the whole family. Pull up a chair, sit down relax under the market umbrella, and gaze at the unprecedented view of Clearlake. Watch the boats go by and enjoy the sounds and smells of the "cleanest air" in California. Use the gas Weber BBQ on the patio and enjoy your favorite beverage. Be prepared for some incredible sunsets over the water right from your tree-lined yard. Enjoy the lakehouse!
