- This property requires a mandatory HOA fee paid directly to the Guest Contact prior to arrival. The HOA amounts are as follows: Weekend (2-3 nights) - $150, 1 Week (4-7 nights) - $175, 2 Weeks (8-14 days) - $205 & 15 nights-3 months - $475. A $100 late fee will be assessed by the HOA if payment is not submitted at least 2 days prior to arrival
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. There are 2 additional exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the deck facing the street and the 2nd camera is located on the front of the garage facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
