«The property is perfectly located for a quick walk to a quiet part of Kailua Beach. Andrea, onsite owner, was very responsive to any questions and went out of her way to help us and make the stay comfortable. The bed is comfortable, very soft. She had all the necessary amenities, including beach gear, coffee, and some snacks. We'd definitely stay there again. »

«This property is perfect for families. There is plenty of room for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, an accessible washer/dryer and tons of beach gear to use. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. While the beach across the street isn’t for public use- there are dozens along the shore a short walk/drive away. There is SO much to do in this area. «One thing to remember is to bring towels if you plan to shower. We forgot to bring towels! There was body wash and shampoo that previous guests had left. The water in the shower is non-potable - but nice and warm. The night we were there, it got cold - and we could have used an extra blanket.The tent was very clean and spacious. «Nice condo RIGHT on the beach. Beautiful sunrises. You can drive north west around the island 20-30 minutes to see the sunset. The condo beach is very safe, small waves and not a lot of rocks. The condo is a bit outdated, but still nice. The kitchen is small, but had all we needed for cooking (except basic ingredients). There is a good amount of beach gear, including a few snorkels. «Our stay was wonderful. The location of this property is incredible, right across the street from Kailua Beach Park. The room has everything you need for a short stay/not planning to cook every meal. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. Owners are so incredibly kind and respond quickly to any inquiries, we had the chance to meet them and really enjoyed their recommendations.»

«The 3 bedroom house was very comfortable, had everything we needed (and when some pots and pans were missing, Scott purchased them right away). We loved getting up early and walking the short way to the beach for a sunrise beach walk. Spectacular! I enjoyed sharing my sunrise photos each morning with friends. It was delightful hanging out on the lanai. There is a punee for great naps, and a very comfortable hanging "egg chair". We loved every minute of our visit!!»
