«The rental had multiple disappointing issues. Some are listed: the house had cockroaches, centipedes, spiders and ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. The AC didn’t work twice during our stay. The master bedroom had no door or windows that opened. The AC in the master bedroom barely worked. We relied one the room fan for air circulation. The rental was bare minimum cheap on supplies, considering how much we paid for 21 days stay! »

«Great location between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Private sleeping quarters, media room, gym, nice top floor communal area with a view of the ocean. Watched whales breach from inside the house. Sea turtles on the beach. There are lots of stairs, but as long as you are able to climb them it’s not an issue. Would definitely recommend for those traveling with a large group. »

«This is truly an exceptional property, if I could give it 6 stars I would. It had everything you could possibly need for a Maui vacation. The upstairs has a game room equipped with ping pong, air hockey and video games that would rival most arcades. The fitness facility was as well equipped as the fitness center we work out at in Denver. «This house is beautiful, layout was perfect for our family of 17. Short walk to one of the best beaches in Maui, cute coffee shops, restaurants and beach rentals. Communication was great with property management. House was very well organized and one of the best features was the laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers! «We checked out of this beautiful condo three days before the Maui fires. It was one of those places where we for sure will come back to. As far as I can tell, it is still standing, but the clubhouse and some surrounding buildings did burn. This is the most amazing location on the island. Will definitely be back hopefully to help rebuild, and for sure to enjoy the beauty.»

«The property is everything and then some. Gorgeous sunset views, ample outdoor space and plenty of places to sit eat or play outdoor games. The house is very well equipped. «The property was clean and perfectly placed. We had just enough room and the beds were quite comfy. We were only minutes from beaches, golf courses, shopping and grocery stores. This was exactly what we were looking for and the price was a great value. »

«The house was perfect for our family of eight (including a two year old). Everyone loved the pool, privacy and beautifully landscaped grounds. Being literally three minutes from the beach was such a plus. We walked down every morning and evening for the sunrises/sunsets. I highly recommend this property ! «We have stayed at the Papakea many times and overall, found this to be a good unit for families. The layout is spacious and carpets have been replaced with hard surface flooring so it is easy to clean. The ocean and garden views are nice and it is also north facing so does not get very overheated by direct sun. The unit is well equipped with boogie board and beach items. Most important to us it was right on the beach and walking distance to so many of the cool shops in Lahaina. The balcony was a pretty view of the mountain. 10/10 would stay here again!»
