Las Toronjas 1 er et unikt designet, luftig og åpnet for naturen villa. Omgitt av frodige tropiske hager og kokostrær utsikt over 10. hullet La Romana Country Club Golf Course, designet av Pete Dye, på Casa de Campo, La Romana. Las Toronjas en strategisk beliggenhet, kun få minutter fra Minitas Beach, Marina, Altos de Chavon, de største hotelltjenester og tre andre golfbaner, inkludert den berømte Pete Dye designe Teeth of the Dog.

Når du skriver inn denne åpne plassen villaen vil du nyte den grønne og varmen av innendørs hage omgitt av soverom, stue, studio, lysthus, tre dekk terrasse, svømmebasseng og oppvarmet boblebad - alle disse områdene nyte den spektakulære utsikten over fairway og greenen på 10. hullet.

Villaen har 4 soverom med 4. 5 bad; tre av disse har 2 senger i full størrelse. Hovedsoverommet har tregulv, takhøyde med dobbel høyde, en queen size-seng, en privat stue med sovesofa og boblebad med store vinduer som åpner mot en privat hage. Alle fire soverom har aircondition, takvifter, LCD-TV, safe og komplette bad. Studioet har også aircondition, en 50 "LCD-TV, DVD og høyttalere til iPod. . Stuen, med håndmalte møbler og en 30 fot stor takhøyde, arrangerer en spisebord med plass til 12; og åpner opp med seks tre skyvedører, en utsikt over dekket og svømmebasseng, mot golfbanen. Lysthuset ligger mellom bassenget og innendørs gårdsplass med en stue og et spisebord med plass til ti, mot greenen på 10. hullet. Bassenget har et grunt område perfekt for soling mens du ligger nede delvis dekket av vann. Det ligger ved siden av lysthuset i den ene enden og boblebadet i den andre, i nærheten av gassgrillen, noe som gjør det perfekt for underholdning.

Våre ansatte: butler (sover i et anlegg utenfor villaen), kokk / husholderske til kl. meter. Frokost, lunsj og middag kan tilberedes daglig på forespørsel fra våre gjester. Daglig rengjøring, sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert i leien. Personlig stryking og klesvask kan gis på en nominell avgift må avtales direkte med de ansatte, som kan ordnes med andre tjenester som våre gjester måtte trenge.

A Merry Christmas
Despite an illness that spread among a few family members during our visit, all were delighted with the house and staff! Hilda was very communicative before our visit and always responsive. The staff were very accommodating to our variable schedule - and always preparing delicious dishes and smoothies with the groceries we bought. The house is open with many gathering areas and a great view of the golf course and the rooms were a perfect combination of bedding needs for our family. 10/10 across the board!

Amazing stay
I can’t say enough good things about our stay, Hilda, and the house staff. Hilda was a wonderful host, very prompt with her communications and sent very clear and detailed information about arranging airport transfers, renting a golf cart and pre ordering groceries. During our stay she was also available with quick responses for any questions i had. The house was perfect. Large, spacious, beautiful. The rooms were all clean and large. The outdoor space was everything. We ended up spending significantly more time at the house because we were all so happy with the pool and the view of the golf course and the zen of enjoying it. It was me, my husband, his mother and our three teenage children. The photos don’t even do justice to how colorful and pretty the pool, view and yard were. The staff was so nice and friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and most lunches at the house. Everything was delicious and Ivan made us feel like we were eating at a hotel with his beautiful presentation and service. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Thank you!!!

Heaven at Casa de Campo!
Hilda's property is vacation perfection! Its luscious green gardens around the pool deck made us spend as much time as possible outside, which we needed as a family from chilly New York. The house and grounds are beautifully maintained, and the staff made sure that we felt comfortable and cared for every minute of our stay. We are back home now and missing our lazy poolside afternoons and delicious homemade breakfasts and lunches at Toronjas 1. We will be back to this beautiful home! 5/5!

Beyond my expectations
As an individual that has travelled the world and many with my entire family. This trip,even thought short, was in my opinion and all of my family’s .. a wonderful vacation. The reason was several fold. 1. Casa de Campo 2. The beautiful villa 3. Professional manager who made it very easy to navigate the stay 4. But mostly, a warm, accommodating and professional staff. I would highly recommend Toronjas 1 and looking forward to our next stay.

Toronjas 1 is Spectacular
We decided, rather last minute, to spend a long weekend at Casa de Campo. Hilda, the property manager for Toronjas 1, was fantastic from start to finish. Communicative, attentive, and incredibly helpful at all times. The property itself was amazing and the staff left nothing to be desired. Ten stars!

Great for families
Hilda was a great host. She helped me organize everything (golf karts rental, grocery shopping before we hot there, airport transfers). The house is one of a kind right on the golf course. To us the backyard area was the best in the house to drink your coffee in the morning and hear the birds. The kids were running around the whole property since everything is open. The staff was top notch. Ivan was amazing he was always there making sure all our needs were satisfied. He is in charged of the property helping setting the tables and helping while you eat in case you need anything. Sileni is the cook which she was amazing. We had a great time and defined go back

Our stay was excellent and as advertised. Hilda was a great host/administrator. The communication in advance was excellent. The transportation to/from the airport was on time and efficient. The golf cart rental was perfect. The location of the home is central to the Beach, Hotel, Golf and Altos. Internet was strong and worked well. The staff was great. Ivan and his team were very welcoming and breakfast every morning was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were perfect for family of four and could handle even more. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation. We would love to come back.

Very Relaxing Stay in the DR!
We had heard of the Casa de Campo community and Hilda's property checked all of the boxes for us. The house was so airy and comfortable. Hilda was amazing at helping us line up golf carts for our stay, dinner reservations, and grocery delivery. We stayed in the villa with 4 children under the age of 12 and everyone truly enjoyed the property and the amenities that Case de Campo has to offer. Ivan and Selina who take care of the property and cook were just so welcoming and friendly. We would love to stay here again!

Winter Get Away
My wife and I spent 5 weeks at Hilda's villa in Casa de Campo in Jan/Feb 2023. During our stay, we had a total of 15 family members join us at various times over our 5 week stay. The Villa is spacious and provides a lovely combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The pool and hot tub are nicely integrated into the outdoor living flow. Hilda was incredibly helpful in the planning of our trip and once we arrived her on site staff of Ivan and Sileni were an absolute delight who catered to our every need. It was a great trip and the weather was perfect. The resort golf, restaurants, beach, and other amenities are excellent. If you are looking for a winter get away (we were) and want to bring lots of folks along to keep you company.......you should give Casa de Campo and Hilda a call. I think you'll be glad you did.

Quite Relaxing Stay
Property and staff were great. Selini did a excellent job cooking. We cancelled a dinner reservation to stay in and enjoy the grilled steaks she made one night. Hilda was super easy to communicate with - and very organized. Would stay again for sure.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful villa! Hilda helped every step of the way to help arrange transportation and patiently answered all our questions. Ivan and Sileni were amazing! We had wonderful meals and they both went out of their way to be helpful and gracious! Very relaxing vacation in paradise!

Best Family Vacation Ever
Our stay at Hilda's Villa was perfect. Hilda, the owner was very attentive & communicative and made the whole process of renting very easy. Seleni and Ivan are incredible and made our stay very special. Seleni is a wonderful cook and she made some special Dominican dishes that we requested for the New Year holiday. Ivan is so sweet and pleasant. He brought me coffee every morning before breakfast (ahhhh, I miss that now). The layout of the house is perfect for families. It is very clean and lovingly decorated. We dined outside by the pool for breakfast and in the beautiful living/dining area for dinner. We loved our meals at home much more than our meals out. On New Year's Eve, we sat in the hot tub and watched the fire works. All in all our stay at HIlda's villa was a very special vacation and we look forward to returning one day.

Family Vacation at Toronjas 1
We had a phenomenal time at Casa de Campo and loved staying at Toronjas 1. The house was centrally located and sits right on a beautiful hole of the La Romana Country Club Golf Course. Hilda, the property owner, was so thorough in all her communications and in helping us set everything up in order to have a wonderful vacation. In addition, the staff at the house were fantastic, helpful and cooked some incredible meals. I highly recommend staying this property and we plan to return in the future.

Toronjas 1
Toronjas 1 was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The neighborhood is quiet and within a short golf cart ride to everything . It is right on the golf course and ~ 1 mile from the beach and hotel and a few miles to the marina and Altos de Chavon. The villa is spacious and clean. The gardens are beautiful. Ivan kept the pool and hot tub clean and heated throughout our stay. Sileni’s cooking is amazing. Communication with Hilda was very easy. Everything was taken care of for us, including airport transfers and golf cart rental. We would not change a thing. Thank you for a perfect week.

Perfect family vacation on paradise
This was probably one of the best vacations we have had as a family ! Casa de campo is a beautiful place and this villa was the perfect choice . It is absolutely breathtaking in person . The layout is beautiful , airy , open , with the right amount of bedrooms , the perfect pool and with a gorgeous view of the golf course . The owner of the house was amazing from beginning to end . She made the whole process feel so easy . I cannot say enough good things about her staff . They made us feel so welcome and treated us so well throughout our whole stay. They cooked us delicious breakfast and lunch, I’m still thinking about all the great food they made and how beautifully they set the table every day. They paid so much attention to detail and in everything they do . I will miss our morning coffee by the pool and the amazing flan ! We are going to miss them so much ! Thank you Hilda for your hospitality. You are an amazing host ! I am already thinking about going back!

Fantastic experience- will be back
Overall a fantastic experience at this house. The house itself is very comfortably decorated- it was a perfect spot for not only family and friends but also for our infant son. The property is very well maintained- inside and outside around the property including the pool. The owner was extremely responsive which made a big difference, not only leading up to the stay (especially since we had never been to Casa de Campo) but also during the stay if we had a question. A quick golf cart ride to the resort - a straight shot- made it very easy to get to where we spent most of our time. The staff were also very helpful - they took care of basically everything for us while there. We will definitely look to stay here again.
