During my most recent visit, I encountered an issue upon entering my room—a noticeable moldy smell, which I soon discovered was due to mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Concerned about this, I promptly notified the front desk. The staff member I spoke with handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and courtesy. Without hesitation, she upgraded me to a better room, demonstrating a level of customer service that is commendable and should be a standard across all hospitality establishments. This experience reaffirmed my belief in the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction, and I truly appreciate their prompt response to my concern. Despite the minor setback, my overall stay was enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great location, and pet-friendly atmosphere."
