«Bad customer service from hotel's management. Our family (1 child + 2 adults) booked a non-smoking family room. The first room offered had been used for smoking by a recent guest so our daughter (nor us / parents) could stay in the room. The hotel agreed to move us to a standard room for one day, with healthy air, but the hotel could not offer a new family room for our 8 days stay. We therefore asked the hotel via hotels.com for a refund for following next 7 days, so we could find a new hotel ...

«We stayed 6 nights at the Moro Inn and had a lovely time. The front of house staff were friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived and right throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were also friendly and did a brilliant job at keeping the place clean. We stayed in one of the patio rooms on the ground floor, the room was stylish, bed was roomy and comfortable and there was plenty of space to store clothes and luggage. «The owners are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cute, as it is on the pictures from the booking. Very nice location in Vela Luka, lots of restaurants near by. It has a fridge on the common area that everyone can use, this was very nice touch. There is a parking close by. Side note, better to have a small car, the streets are very narrow.»

«Great apartment, very modern and comfortable and 5 min walk to sea and places to swim. We had free use of bikes to cycle into the Old Town, which was a nice touch - took about 20 mins along the coast road. Only a couple of places to eat within walking distance on the beach. Nice meal at Mimis but very expensive and ok breakfast at La Banya. Hosts were lovely, very helpful and available when needed . «The room had what we needed. A bed, private bathroom and enough space. And in the old town in a nice area. But the best part was the owner himself. What a man! He was so helpful and warm and made us feel so welcomed. If you don't need luxury and want a nice and cheap place in the old town you should stay here. And I know you're going to love the owner.»
