«We were greeted by very welcoming and friendly staff and received some good recommendations for things to do and where to eat. We got the smallest room, and it was a bit on the small side when travelling with two suitcases. I would recommend going for a bit bigger room. However, for two nights it was fine. Air condition working well, even in really hot conditions. »

«The resort is quite nice, but it is a BIG ISSUE that you need to be in a queue before 9 o´clock in the morning to get a sunbed by the pool. There is a definite need to increase capacity by the large pool area, or build an additional one. Also negative that you need to pay for sunbeds by the sea despite them being part of the hotel. Great breakfast. The design of the bathrooms - a disaster. Would have liked a broader range of lunch alternatives (lighter meals)»

«A wonderful stay, the staff was so lovely and helpful. Everything was super clean and comfy. The grounds are well maintained and there's a bug supermarket across the road in which was super handy. Beautiful stretch of the harbour with a little beach for swimming, a bar and water taxi also nearby. Walk into old town takes about 20-30 mins but nice walk and great views . Only negative I have, which was neither their fault nor could be helped was a ridiculous level of mosquitos following a few ...

«Bad customer service from hotel's management. Our family (1 child + 2 adults) booked a non-smoking family room. The first room offered had been used for smoking by a recent guest so our daughter (nor us / parents) could stay in the room. The hotel agreed to move us to a standard room for one day, with healthy air, but the hotel could not offer a new family room for our 8 days stay. We therefore asked the hotel via hotels.com for a refund for following next 7 days, so we could find a new hotel ...

«We stayed 6 nights at the Moro Inn and had a lovely time. The front of house staff were friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived and right throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were also friendly and did a brilliant job at keeping the place clean. We stayed in one of the patio rooms on the ground floor, the room was stylish, bed was roomy and comfortable and there was plenty of space to store clothes and luggage. «This property was beautiful! If you are older it was a bit of a long walk uphill with luggage from the port to get to the property but taxis were available and that is what we used. This rental had suck old world charm and THE.BEST.VIEW! Domagoj was so helpful and even did our laundry at no cost since there is not a washer in the unit. It was perfect for the two of us!»

«The owners are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cute, as it is on the pictures from the booking. Very nice location in Vela Luka, lots of restaurants near by. It has a fridge on the common area that everyone can use, this was very nice touch. There is a parking close by. Side note, better to have a small car, the streets are very narrow.»
