«We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Muniz Villa!! Location was beautiful and safe as it was in a gated community. Communication with the host was easy and we always had quick responses. On the day of check-in the house was clean. However, 2 of the restrooms did not have any toilet paper and 1had a clogged drain. It was just an inconvenience the firt night. «Great house for a large group! It’s on the Frio River, but you have to climb 88 steps down to the water. River is very low right now (June 2022), but it is still beautiful and we met lots of fun people.»

«The toilet in the master bathroom leaked from the bottom and got water all over the floor. Toilets would clog even after not putting toilet paper in there as instructed by property owner. Towels were left in the dryer for us to get out, which wasn’t a problem but they were still wet. There were bugs. Food left in the refrigerator by previous guests. «Beautiful views, more needs than expected but no sheets, no towels and HVAC was broken during part of our stay. We were not told there were no sheets/towels until further reading down in the bottom of the lengthy description of the “upstairs” section only. Beautiful house and stay overall.»
