«We had a great time at the compound. Having two kitchens was a huge plus. 2 Bbq pits fire were great for steaks and dove poppers and pool and outdoor bar location worked out very well for our large group. We would definitely book again. »

«The property is very calming - listening to the the wind in the trees while sitting at the fire pit. The house was very nice with one exception. The water had a strong smell that seemed to get worse each time we showered. We also noticed the smell in the house a few times. «We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Muniz Villa!! Location was beautiful and safe as it was in a gated community. Communication with the host was easy and we always had quick responses. On the day of check-in the house was clean. However, 2 of the restrooms did not have any toilet paper and 1had a clogged drain. It was just an inconvenience the firt night. «We stayed 2 nights for a quick weekend getaway to Garner State Park and Lost Maples. The condo was perfectly located and has beautiful views of the surrounding area! It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed! Check in and check out were as easy as can be, just know that cell signal for Verizon customers is almost non existant in this area! The wifi was really nice to have as well! All in all, I woukd recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit!»
