Enjoyable Stay but Pool Area needs Attention
We loved our stay, who wouldn't in Florida? The house location was great, the only downside I would say is that the pool netting and door has big holes in it which meant a lot of flies got in and were a bit irritating. Other than that, fabulous and big house and the owners were very responsive to our questions.

Pleasant Stay….
Beautiful home! We had an amazing time! The pool was cool, however, a pool light for evening swims would have been great. Nonetheless, we enjoyed it! There is a little game room in the home as well, which was a nice touch. Very spacious and comfortable! The location is perfect not too far from the theme parks and other Orlando attractions.We will definitely be staying again!

Family Spring Break
The property was perfect for our family. The rooms and bathrooms worked out nicely. The house was well stocked with cookware and towels. The only complaint I have is the bed pillows need to be replaced and some extra pillows would be helpful along with extra pillow cases.. There were a couple of extra pillows but some were so flat you had to put two together to count as one. The master bed has a big hump in the middle so that was interesting for sleeping but the bed was comfortable otherwise. The area the house is located is nice and not far from a Walmart which we shopped to cook. The pool was heated as we requested and we enjoyed that. It is about a 30 minute drive to any park so plan some extra time for commuting if you want to be there at a particular time.

Great location, beautiful pool.
Very much enjoyed our stay, the beds were super comfortable, the pool heating was well worth the money, only issue we had during our stay was the pool light, but, we passed the info onto the property management and they said they would get it fixed. Not a big issue at all, which says a lot. Would absolutely stay here again.

AC not working
AC unit was reading 84 to 86 degrees in the home our whole stay. It was extremely hot. It was blowing hot air from the vents. AC unit kept turning off and on. Tried calling owner/property manager 2x to see what could be done…no response. House was spacious and well kept but the AC not working made us miserable. Dishwasher was also not working…would not start….if AC actually worked it would have been a perfect stay but the heat in the home was unbearable…we spent most of our time outside.

Great stay!
The house was spacious and comfy. Pool was great to hang around with the family. Saw a gator in the pond that was super cool. We wanted to stay an extra night and at last minute asked. No problem they said! Very cool of them. Close to everything shopping, restaurants, Disney, Universal and much more. Totally would stay here again. Made our vacation that much more memorable. Better than a stuffy hotel.

Very relaxed vacation
Overall wonderful relaxing stay for the month of February. It was just nice to get out of the cold winter weather up north. The minor problems that did arise were quickly taken care of by James. We appreciated the quick response. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The pool was my highlight, I spent hours every day in it. Very relaxing. However, the pool light was not working which would have been nice at night and the pool maintenance guy could never get the spa to work correctly. Just minor inconveniences which would definitely not prevent us from renting again. We would recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the area.

DO NOT BOOK!!!
The house itself would have been nice had someone been taking care of it. The house was very dusty and not as I expected. The linens were very old and gross including towels sheets and comforters. The water pressure was little to none making it difficult to wash hair. The air hockey table doesn’t work nor does the hot tub. We paid $25 bucks a day for pool heat and no pool heat ever. We tried contacting the managers of the property with no return call or email until our stay was over. We also tried contacting the property manager before arriving on what we may need to bring with us toilet paper washing powder paper towels etc. we couldn’t get them to call us back!!! We had to contact VRBO to even get a reply from these people. We had a reservation for 10 people and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom was provided. Thankfully we brought our own. It has been a week later and still no return email or phone call.

Nice stay
Stayed here for a week for our family Disney vacation. Check in was smooth and house was as described. House was very clean and everyone had plenty of space. We even had an extra room. Pool area was nice and clean and very much needed after long hot days. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Over exceeded my expectations
This is the best house i’ve stayed in while on vacation the pictures are accurate and the house is just as listed online I loved the open kitchen and open sitting areas the pool and deck was amazing for the kids the beds are very comfortable and more then enough rooms and bathrooms the game room was amazing and the location was close to everything 20 minutes from seaworld and Disney….neighborhood was nice and quiet the house is spacious and was super clean upon arrival communication with owners was quick and easy I will definitely book again My family and I loved the home.

Nice house
Overall the house is beautiful, but keeping up cleaning of the house is terrible in every room there is least something was broken blinds locks on doors chains on fans works rugs throughout the house are filthy haven’t been cleaned look like in months. The light in the pool didn’t work outdoor fan broken. I won’t rent this particular house ever again.

The property was just as described. The pool was a little cool but we still greatly enjoyed it. The neighborhood is gated and was great for evening walks. We even found a small playground which my grand daughter enjoyed. Hope to return.

Safe location & nice owners
Great location, but Never received what their checkout expectations were. (Make sure to bring extra toilet paper.) Pool is smaller than what the pic shows. Jacuzzi didn’t work when dial was twisted. Beds were very comfy. Had some front door problems. Owners took a little bit to get a hold of but were fairly quick to respond and help fix the front door problem. Very nice owners. Overall it was a good home.

Wonderful Home!!!
My family & really loved this home. The highlights for us was the space, comfortable beds, amazing pool and great views of the pond. This was was perfectly located for us within about 30 minutes of all the sites we were visiting. We’d absolutely stay here again.
