«The property was very clean and was equipped with everything you need (and with things that you never knew you needed!). Good location for exploring the local area, it really is a very pretty part of the world. For a 1 bed property it is very spacious and the outside area is a real sun trap.»

«This is an absolutely fantastic house to stay in. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, light, airy, spacious and comfortable. There were so many plus points. «We had a beautiful stay at the Dovecote. The house was perfectly cozy and appointed with everything we needed. Elspeth was really helpful with explaining driving rules and sign meanings whenever we asked her. The country roads were a challenge for these two Americans!»

«The loft was a delightful stay!! Tessa had gone the extra mile by providing a lovely welcome tray of tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast items with a fruit bowl. The bed was amazing…. So comfortable, we will certainly miss it being back home! There was board games supplied and tele had Amazon, Netflix and Spotify for music. The convection microwave was simple to use and we cooked a couple of meals. We will certain use this quaint little loft again when in the area. 😀»

«Just as expected. Great cottage, clean, modern and good location near small village. Enjoyed both pubs/inns in the local village. Communication with owner was superb even though he was out of town. Made us feel welcome.»

«The property was comfortable and well equipped. It was very clean and tidy and had it's own "tourist information centre" which had up-to-date leaflets and proved useful. The properties location, being a short walk into town, suited us well. This path gave access to a couple of nice short walks along the Letcombe Brook which took in parts of the town we might not otherwise have visited.»

«auf der Rückreise nach D haben wir einen kurzen Stop bei Dorotheas fewo eingelegt. Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet und typisch aufgebaut für den Charakter kleinerer Orte im Süden Englands. Die Kommunikation mit Dorothea war unkompliziert, da die Vermieterin direkt im benachbarten Haus wohnt.»

«We had a lovely stay with friends and went to Newbury Races which was a couple of stops on the train which is a 5/10 minute walk from the cottage The cottage was very nice 2bedrooms the smaller on is a bit small but fine for a few nights The kitchen is well equipped in fact the only down side was the shower which was very low pressure and the temperature kept changing so you had to jump in and out otherwise it was wonderful and we would use it again if staying in the area »

«Stor leilighet. Vi fikk leilighet i 1. etg på gatenivå. Det gjorde lufting litt vanskelig. Gardinene persiennene foretrakk vi å ha nede for å hindre innsyn. Det gjorde leiligheten litt tettere enn den kanskje hadde trengt. Litt støy fra biltrafikk og pub rett ved siden av. Sentrumsnær. Fin parkering i bakgården. Parkering ikke inkludert i prisen av leiligheten»
