«The perfect location to relax and put your feet up. The little cabin is ideal for a couple or small group. We really enjoyed our stay. The under cover outdoor kitchen is fun to cook in and we played many games of cribbage in the screened in porch. Definitely check out the stream across the street! It was also lovely to sit by the fire in the evening. We will go back for sure!»

«We needed a place central to some section hiking of the AT, some in the party were hiking and others were support team. The house worked out great! Only 1 hour drive to first trailhead (near Sugarloaf Resort) and there is a lot to do in the Carrabasset valley for the non hikers. Enjoyed small hikes, waterfalls, museums, etc around Kingfield, Station, Rangely and Phillips. Next parts were south end of Flagstaff lake and then Caratunk area. Lots to do in those areas as well. House was well ...

«We loved our vacation at Camp Baumann. The house was spacious and roomy yet cozy at the same time. So fun and unique and comfy spots for the whole family inside and outside on the multiple decks and docks. Loved the kayak and paddle boards, hot tub, fire pit - you name it. Steve was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my many questions and requests for recommendations. All 11 of us had a great time. »

«If you want to get away to the most peaceful place in the most perfect home, you need to stay here! Our friends decided to tube the Kennebec River and stay in this lovely house. It was perfect for all twelve of us! «This is an incredible property with fun for the whole family. More than enough room throughout with all the amenities one could ask for. Screened in porch with a lakeside view is the perfect place to enjoy relaxing times outside free from bugs. The kayaks and paddle boards allow for comfortable exploring of the majestic Whitstone lake. Make dinner in the beautiful open kitchen or grill on the barbecue downstairs.
