Aloha og velkommen til vår 3-roms leilighet, hjemmet ditt! Familien min og jeg bor på Maui, og vi er så glade for å være vertskap for ferien. Ikke bli sittende fast hos et stort utleiefirma som ikke bryr seg om din individuelle gruppe. Vi er stolte av å gi personlig preg og sørger for at vi personlig sjekker condosene våre for å sikre at turen din er den beste den kan være.

Kom og slapp av i paradis når du liker vår tilpassede ombygde 3-roms leilighet. Slapp av i nesten 1200 sq ft. God plass til alle.
Våre ovenpå master har en queen size-seng og eget bad. Det er en tv ovenpå også, med to skap. Nedenunder mesteren har en queen size seng og sin egen tv også. Det tredje soverommet har to enkeltsenger og en tv. Du kan velge å konvertere de to tvillingene til en konge på forespørsel. Det er et nydelig ombygd bad nede i mellom de to soverommene. Det er også en vaskemaskin / tørketrommel i nede skapet, for å vaske alle de våte strandartiklene. Ta utsikt til hagen fra veggen av vinduer i stuen ut til Lanai, eller sett deg ut på Lanai og nyt det fantastiske Maui-været.
Kjøkkenet vårt er fullt utstyrt og er klart for deg å tilberede måltider for familien. Stuen og spisestuen er åpen mot kjøkkenet slik at alle kan glede seg over hverandre. Det er en sovesofa i queen size-seng med en oppgradert minne-skumadrass. Slapp av her etter en dag i solen og se en film eller bare sitte på lanai og nyt været!
Vi tilbyr badehåndklær, strandstoler, en paraply og boogie boards for din bruk. Det er også tennisracket og baller, i tillegg til ping pong-utstyr for aktivitetsbruk på stedet.
Det er 3 aircondition enheter i denne leiligheten. en i hovedstue, en i ovenpå master, og en i dronning rom i underetasjen.
KOA Resort er en vakker eiendom med basseng og boblebad, shuffleboard, tennisbaner og grillplass. Begrunnelse er frodig og godt vedlikeholdt. Det er tilgang til stranden rett over gaten, innen gangavstand. Denne leiligheten ligger sentralt i Kihei, i nærheten av mange fantastiske strender, restauranter og shopping.

Gjestene kan avbestille uten kostnad opptil 60 dager før oppholdet. 60-30 dager er et avbestillingsgebyr på 50%. Under 30 dager er 100% avbestillingsgebyr.

Fun Family Vacation in Kilea
Between easy access to the beach and the pool this was a perfect place to stay with a couple of grandkids (12 & 14 yrs). The host was very responsive to questions and great about communicating instructions for the condo. Plus she gave us great suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area.

Great stay
We had a wonderful time. We loved the place. Kids used the sofa bed too. They had beach supplies some beach toys. Beach chairs. Umbrella was Not usable but we got our own tent. And everything can be rented in Kihei anyway. Location was great very close to restaurants and safeway and wailea beaches All kitchen supplies were in great shape we cooked some meals at home. Lanai faves the lawns and pool view. Pool was huge we didn’t get to use it much we eent once at night and it was cold so came out. Hot tub was out of order. Tennis courts next door. They had pickle ball lines too. We didn’t use the barbecue area. Beds were comfy could have used more linens and pillows Provided beach towels which was great. Parking was tight but we found a spot on property every night. There was recent flooding in Maui so cleaning operations were going on which contributed to lower number of.parking spots.

Vacation Stay
We had a great time staying in B215! The property is nicely renovated and looks just as depicted in the pictures. The unit is centrally located to everything you might want to do on Maui. It was stocked with all amenities, including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. We really appreciated this! The property is also beautiful, with a great pool, hot tub, and wonderful views! We would definitely stay here again!

Rare 3 bedroom in Kihei close to town
Lovely 3 bedroom condo with a beautiful sunset view from the terrace that met our needs. Just a short drive to restaurants, downtown Kihei and many, many beaches!

perfect location plenty of room
Stayed here with 2 adults, two teens and two pre-teens. Was a great place to stay for a family. Balcony view was awesome, perfect place to kick back and read and wait for kids to get up. Pool was fun to use. Loved that we had all that we needed - lawn chairs, boogie board and a cooler on wheels that was well used. Great place and highly recommend this property. Communication with Angela was great.

Great space, great location
Angela’s place was clean and had everything we needed without feeling cluttered. They even provide all the beach stuff! The Koa Resort also had a great pool, hot tub, grilling area, tennis/pickleball, even a little library! Angela sent a ton of recommendations for local places, and was truly the spirit of aloha.

Great location, perfect for a family!
We loved our stay at Angela’s place! 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds as well as a couch bed. Worked out great for my wife and I, our 4 kids and Grandmother. The kids loved being able to swim daily in the nice pool, and the short walk to the beach! Condo comes very well stocked with just about anything you will need. We bbq’d a lot, played ping pong and a little tennis, and enjoyed the friendly neighbors. Angela communicated great and really made the stay wonderful.

My Son's Wedding Week
We rented Angela's VRBO for my son's wedding week. If you want an AMAZING communicator, she was the best. The condo had everything you would need. Kitchen was well equipped, and had almost anything else you could think of throughout. The mini split- heat pumps kept the condo throughout. It was also nice to have the washing machine and dryer during the week and to have everything clean before heading home. Kihei is a great town with amazing sunsets. Thank you for awesome communication and stay!

Wonderful getaway
Such a quaint but well equiped resort condo that worked for our family. We enjoyed the pool, ping pong, grills, etc.! Just what we needed for our family getaway. The only downside is that we wished we could stay longer!!! Thank you so much!

Worked for us
We have stayed at quite a few VRBO and this one worked for our needs but is not for everyone. The spiral staircase to get to the upstairs bedroom was a little tricky with suitcases hauling the up and down. The room with 2 twins beds was quite small but my teens managed. The downstairs toilet needs some work. You had to hold the handle all the way down to flush. The kitchen had been updated with a large table and counter tops. The unit had a nice cooler to haul around for day trips. There was some beach gear there chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. The boogie boards could be replaced due to tearing and use. Over all again the unit worked for our needs but I would suggest that the owners do some major updating to the unit.

5 star beautiful condo
There was a 8 of us and the condo was a beautiful 3 bedroom plenty of space. Perfect location didn't have to drive to far to do anything. Loved how if we had any questions or concerns it was easy to get a hold of the property owner she was on top of everything which was very nice. I would definitely stay and recommend this condo.

Great space for a group
Husband and I stayed here with 4 friends to celebrate our 10th anniversary and Christmas. The space was great for six adults. We enjoyed the proximity to beaches and dining. Communication from the property manager was fantastic. Some previous reviews mentioned the room with twin beds being warm but my friends were comfortable, though you can rent a portable ac by the day if needed. Enjoyed not having to keep track of a physical key. We loved having a washer and dryer in unit. The condo was stocked with nearly everything we could have needed. Our “cons” are petty but I will list them to keep things in perspective. I could not find oven mitts, had to use place mats. The dining chairs sag. We had multiple group meals otherwise this wouldn’t have been an issue. The only real issue we had was with the WiFi. Five of the six of us work in tech and battled with the WiFi for most of the stay. The router may need an upgrade as only four devices would stay connected. When connected, there was no issue with lag or speed. Our standards are high in this matter so this may not be an issue for others. Overall this was an amazing value for the space. We were comfortable and made some cherished memories over Christmas. Thank you!

Unfortunately this condo was much less desirable than we anticipated. Yes it is an older place but being dated does not mean that things can not be kept up and kept clean. The beach chairs were abysmal - broken and unsafe, various burned out light bulbs, burned out smoke detector battery, broken screen, dusty fans and dirty sinks and mold in the bathrooms. Some of these issues were dealt with when I contacted the property manager - but I should not have had to do this in the first place. The managers should be doing more thorough check ups prior to renters coming in.

Great space
We stayed here during hurricane lane. Property manager and owner were very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay and with preparing for the worse. Place is spacious, ac is in three separate areas, lots of outdoor activities stuff available (tennis, pool toys, etc). Would love to see direct AC in the twin bed room, more trash bags, and bicycles have always been a huge plus for us at other properties. Other than that, would stay here again for sure!

Great location, dated condo.
We are two families that stayed in the condo. We had 8 people total. The location was good and communication with the owner was prompt. The mattresses were comfortable and we found it roomy enough for all of us. We liked that we could do laundry when necessary. However, the condo is dated and needs quite a bit of repair and updating. The patio furniture chair was broken and one of our guests fell out the back of it when he sat down. The dining room chairs were very uncomfortable and sagging and need replacement. The only airconditioner that we felt like was putting out cool air was in the upstairs bedroom. The other two didn’t do much of anything other than make a lot of noise. The twin bedroom really needs an airconditioner unit as it was very hot. This bedroom also had broken outdoor glass shutters. The upstairs bathroom was in really bad shape. It is in dire need of a redo. My kids wouldn’t shower in it and insisted on using the main floor bath (which has been updated). The upstairs bath also was terribly hot. The carpet throughout is dated and needs to be replaced. We are clean people and couldn’t keep the ants away in the kitchen. As much as we cleaned and kept our food in the fridge, they still were there. All in all we did enjoy Maui but wished we had stayed in a more updated unit.

The condo was very comfortable and a great set up for our family of 5. It was clean and had everything we needed. The complex was quiet and family oriented. Where the condo is situated is perfect for access to the parking lot, bbqs, and pool. We would definitely come back!

The property was beautiful and well maintained!
We stayed with some of our guests at the Koa, for our wedding, and it was great for accessibility and convenience of visiting. The rooms were beautiful- even better than the pictures, and the loft style provided great views of the grounds. We also liked the bbq area and pool for visiting. Thanks for a remarkable experience for our wedding stay!!

Quiet Location; Comfortable beds; TLC needed
This Kihei condo had updated mattresses, which were quite comfortable, new tv's, and beautiful high ceilings. The centralized location made traveling on the island convenient, and the resort was very quiet - much appreciated! The condo itself could use some TLC. Lightbulbs burned out, dishes that were chipped, broken screens that did not shut on the lanai doors, carpeting that was showing its age, badly sagging dining room chairs, minimal cooking items, lanai chairs in very bad shape, and air conditioners that needed cleaning. While the location, for us, was an important factor, it would have been nice to have a bit more updated, well-maintained condo to return to in the evening.
