The kids club and everything about it was extremely disappointing that our son didn’t even want to be there without us. Extremely high prices at the restaurants and the food quality was not matching the high price. Extremely secluded and difficult to get to the town and back via monkey trail. Not possible to order food from outside the resort either. Breakfast quality varied during our 8 nights stay… there were days where there were many choices and some days limited. Extremely poor with omlette stand. "

"We spent 12 days at this resort, and it was fantastic. The personell was amazing, always very friendly and went out of their way to help us. We spent the entire trip travelling around the island, seeing everything it had to offer, and took different trips to see the Elephants, the sunset, monkeys picking coconuts, meeting lots of local people, all very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe everywhere. The hotel and its facilities were superb, only thing that could have been good was a little shop to buy some snacks and sunscreen etc. But we rented a scooter and got what we needed in nearby shops. All in all an amazing holiday in the most amazing surroundings. Will recommend both Koh Yao Yai and Anantara to everyone. "
