«Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? »

«We arrived within weeks of Hurricane Helene but this locale was just right for what we needed. I planned a vacation with my elderly mom and it was perfect for us. It had beach access, located near major roads and on the main drag. We didn’t eat in, but could’ve. It was just right for us.»

«The location was great. Very clean property. Loved the fact it had all the necessities. Out of habit I bought extra items but they were not necessary. Had everything that was needed to enjoy the beach. Loved the quietness of the location and its easy access to other beaches, stores, and restaurants. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future travel.»

«Nowhere did it state this was a duplex. Kitchen was equipped great for cooking however disposal never worked, bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and bathroom sink trickled for water flow, slight smell of dog which we noticed upon walking in. One thing would be great if there was a sweeper to cleanup. Location was best a short walk down the street and down a block to beach. »

«We are 5 couples, long-time friends, who enjoy gathering and enjoying each others company. We found this private resort after our 5 bedroom VRBO on Indian Rocks Beach sustained hurricane damage. The resort facility offered such terrific amenities, we were happy to make the discovery and change. We sure enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool and there were many other amenities we that made the stay enjoyable. «Surprisingly, the host’s excellent communication was one of the main highlights of this stay. Everything was so easy because I had all of my instructions early and would receive answers right away for any questions that I did have. «We really enjoyed the property and how close it is to the beach and all of the bars and restaurants. Our only issue was the upstairs guests were up all hours of the night and not courteous of the other guests and made it very difficult to get any sleep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.»
