«Property was great and Just as we expected. Sofa bed was broken, but we didn’t need it. Hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the spare room was freezing. Move the end table and uncover the register. »

«Our chalet was just as advertised and was very clean. I had no problem communicating with our host (Wei) through emails. We had a slight problem with finding the Lodge due to no street signs (we had not cell phone service). Otherwise, her instructions were easy to follow. The location provided quick access to Banff and Canmore. It really was a great place for our basecamp.»

«Our family stayed for a week in mid Dec recently. Perfect location to see all the sights. Can walk into town. We have two teenage boys that had their own bed and bathroom to share. Plenty of space to hang together or be alone. Kitchen was fabulous and well stocked. »

«The property was very clean and had all the amenities required. It backs right onto the railway though and trains passing in the night can be quite loud, so maybe best to bring earplugs. There is no central AC, but there are portable air conditioners. One of the rooms doesn't have a wall, it's just open into the living room area, so a little less privacy than expected. Overall it was a good place to stay.»

«Loved the location - easy to find. Nice touches in the home itself. Lots in the cupboards to accomodate short or long stays. Appliances were all very clean and easy to use. Patio door to the pool was easy to get to - we spent a lot of time swimming. Nicely maintained and delightful in the cool, autumn air. The trek to downtown might've been more than 5 minutes, but a nice walk and downtown was very fun. There was no pass to Banff Nat'l Park included, if some are aiming for that. ...
