«整體還不錯，尤其服務，但是飯店房間的冷氣真的太差了，設定在18度怎麼樣都一直在25度，降不下來以導致晚上睡覺非常悶熱！有請服務人員來服務相當好，但是也沒辦法，只能夠開窗戶因應！»

«所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員»

«A normal quality and service hotel. The hotel seems a bit old. The room decor is not exactly up to date, but it is ok. The restaurants are good, but the lobby bar dont have heating and it can get really cold in the winter. The gym is well equiped and the swimingpool is 12 m pool suited for normal swimning.
