Hoteller med basseng i Java

"Room 621 for 2 nights from 17-19 Sep. Everything was good until I rang to ask for 2 hours check out extension, a lady who answered the call said only can extend till 12:30pm. Hence I said I didnt mind extending one more night stay and offer to come down to the front desk to pay for the extra night, she said no way, rooms are fully booked. I said what about other room type, she still said fully booked. I was quite puzzled and quickly pulled out my hotels.no apps to check, there were still PLENTY of rooms in this hotel. I really didn’t understand why this lady gave me such info, as if she doesn’t welcome me at all. I eventually didn’t book the extra night, did an early check out and stored my luggage with the concierge. I managed to rush back after client meeting and picked up my suitcase at 12pm then moved to another hotel. I will NEVER stay in this hotel ever in my next business trip to Jakarta."
