BEDROOMS
After a busy day of swimming and playing in the sand, you'll have no problem drifting off to Sleep in one of the four beautiful bedrooms designed to accommodate your entire group, from large family vacations, to groups of friends just catching up. KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The living room is just off the kitchen and provides a comfy gathering space for friends and loved ones to cozy up and enjoy a movie on the 65" smart TV , just log into your streaming account or use the free apps. The fully loaded and spacious kitchen is the perfect place for the chef in your group to whip up some delicious meals. Beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances ensure you can cook as comfortably as if you were at home.

With plenty of utensils and dishware, you'll have everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal. Pull up one of the stools at the breakfast bar to enjoy a morning coffee or a casual bite to eat. Things to note:

NO SMOKING:
Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front or back yard. If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.

NO PARTIES:
We do not host parties as there can be extra cleaning fees determined by the cleaning crew.

Guests will be responsible for any damages or rules not followed.

Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly.
