Paradise Poolhouse has a year-round heated private pool and is located on the east side of the resort with unobstructed views of Snow Canyon State Park from the pool, patio and balcony.

The luxury private amenities are the shining star features of this home. Bring up to 28 people with you to enjoy a private swimming pool, hot tub, a custom movie theater, games and MUCH more. Treat yourself to poolside s'mores over the large fire pit or fire up the built-in grill for a BBQ dinner. While you'll definitely want to spend some evenings enjoying the outdoor amenities, don't miss out on a movie or game night in the basement. So much space
This space was just as advertised. It has so much gathering space and a huge space to prepare and eat meals. The private pool was a hit with all of the kids. We also loved the little water park in the community. Sleeping spaces were perfect for our group of 27.

Amazing Home for Family Reunion!
The home is beautiful and accommodated our group of 16 comfortably (with beds leftover). The adults especially enjoyed having their own bedrooms with ensuite baths. The kids and adults enjoyed the backyard pool as well as the two additional community pools. We will definitely book this home again when we get a large group together. Alma, the owner, was so helpful and allowed us to check in early--what a gift!

Family trip
Loved the home very spacious for big family. Lots of things to enjoy in the home as well as in the community. Pool and backyard a little smaller that we imagine but kids still loved it. Water fountains at pool didn’t work very good. I gave 4 stars in cleanliness because there were lots of crumbs under couch cushions and pull out beds in couch were not very clean.

Great family getaway
Great large home with plenty of bedrooms and family gathering areas. Huge kitchen and dining areas. Best part was having our own pool! The water was warm and the pool was clean. The outside covered patio could use a good power wash but we had shade when our bodies needed it and ended the last nights with S’mores, malts/shakes and popsicles. What a life 😎

Family vacation:
This home is awesome. There were 22 of us and 5 households. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. This home is great for a big family. We had 13 kids and this home was big enough to really enjoy a vacation. The pool was so nice and the community pool and pickleball courts were so nice. We had a blast!

Perfect Extended Family Home
We were delighted at how responsive the owner was, from 3 months prior to our stay until after we had gone. He bent over backwards to get us in early to the property and answered all our questions during our stay. The property is designed perfectly to allow complete families to have privacy with a central living room on each of the three floors. Five families and 12 children all had fun!! The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and easy to use, which we did every night. The variety of games, ping-pong, hockey, foosball, etc kept everyone busy. And the 10 bed bunk-beds in one room were perfect for the cousins. All amenities were well thought out to meet the needs of babies to grandparents—including a kitchen table for about 24 people—amazing!! Perfect home in a perfect location!! Thank you!!

Great PreThanksgiving Get Away
Given the makeup of our family (kids,grandkids, and grandparents.) This was an excellent set up. The grandkids used the private pool, much more than the water park. Both are excellent amenities. We adults enjoyed hanging in the hot tub and lounging by the pool and fire 🔥 pit. Plenty of games. Seating handled our big crowd and sleeping arrangements worked great with 2 bunk rooms and 4 Master suites. One minor problem was handled quickly without hesitation.

A Piece of Paradise in a Hot Desert
First off communication with the owner was fantastic. They were quick to reply and very clear on what to expect. The house was well stocked, the pool was fun and a bonus for having pool toys and pool towels. The theater room was a fun addition and the complimentary popcorn. We had 20 people and were very comfortable. A couple negatives: Some of the mattresses in the 2-bunk room were uncomfortable, some of the bed sheets were pilling causing some discomfort when sleeping, the floors were a little dirty. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend or book again!

Paradise PLUS!!!
Our favorite family vacation rental EVER! Exacly as advertised, this house is exceptional for families or large groups. We loved the four bedroom suites (bathrooms everywhere) for privacy and comfort. Three family rooms? A deck with stellar views at sunset? DIVINE! The bunk rooms in the basement along with games and a giant movie room make this a perfect place for kids and teens to hang out. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare and serve family meals with beautiful appliances, a pantry for storage, a second fridge in the garage and a huge dining table that brings everyone together. While the pool was a little smaller than expected, it was perfect for our group. We loved all the features (deck fountains, lights, pool toys, spa) and with a shaded patio, a large grill and a fire pit, it was where we lived 99% of the time. Now add access to the Paradise Village water park, lazy river and slides and you have HEAVEN! Just a short walk/drive, the water features are the extra fun that will bring us back. Alma was so responsive and the check-in and out processes were easy. As VRBO renters across the country, we are always impressed by the extra touches and details (plenty of beach towels, bath towels, comfy beds, extra pillows, bedding, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the showers, paper products, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc.) that show how much someone is committed to providing a stellar experience. We have one word: BRAVO!

Great property - clean and lots of features, lots of room, hosts very responsive. Got too many emails with conflicting info. Couldn't find the door code and had to call for that. They need way less email and make it simple with the code in one email.

Great for large families
Both the on site pool and the nearby water park helped keep us cool in hot July. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and air hockey table downstairs. All 22 of us could sit in the same area for dinner (kitchen island and large dining table). We had five vehicles so three parked on site and the other two parked at nearby overflow parking areas. Great time for our family to be just family together.

Summer blast
This house was perfect in every way!! The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Each bedroom had a ton of space for all the stuff you take with you on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. The swimming pool was a blast. The water park was such a hit with all the grandchildren. We had great communication with Alma. We will be back. This home was perfect for the young and the old.

Family Reunion
We had the best time at Paradise Poolhouse! The home is gorgeous and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a large group. We had 24 people and everyone had a bed. The kids loved the bunkroom and the other bedrooms were perfect. Having bathrooms in the rooms was wonderful and gave everyone the privacy they needed. The three separate family rooms (one on each floor) were awesome, and we used them all for different activities. The pool was the best thing for the kids and even though there were two water parks/pools in the neighborhood, everyone preferred to come back to the house and use the pool there. We had a luau, and the backyard was the perfect setting for our Hawaiian experience. Alma was amazing at answering all our questions and concerns. Thank you, Alma!! I can't recommend this home more highly!

Holiday weekend getaway
We stayed over a busy holiday weekend in St George, but with the private pool we didn't mind the crowds one bit! The home was perfect for our large group with many little grandchildren. The safety fence dividing the patio and the pool was perfect with our two little ones that need constant supervision for safety by the pool. The home was well appointed and the grandkids loved playing in the bunk room as well as sleeping all snug as a bug. Plenty of room for visiting and games in the later hours after the kids are sleeping. We loved it!

Great floor plan for a family with all ages. Loved the pools, both the back yard pool and the community pools. We enjoyed th double shot and ping pong in the garage and movies and games in the family room and the theater. Kitchen layout was convenient.

Gorgeous and Spacious and Super Clean VRBO Home
I’m pretty picky about places I stay at so if it gets a 👍 from me, it earns it and this home more than earns a 10 Star rating. Right from the beginning, the owner was available to help us with figuring out a few things to get comfortable. As I strolled through the house, I was really impressed as was my family as they began arriving. The bed in the master on the main floor was very very comfortable. My husband wiggles around a lot and I hardly noticed anything. I wanted to ask what kind of mattress it was because it was so comfortable and soft. Others said their beds were very comfortable as well. There were 13 adults and 8 children total in our family staying here and we had room to move about and it wasn’t crowded. It was great eating breakfast altogether on this very large kitchen table and the pool and hot tub were clean and so much fun for the grandkids. The many bathrooms came in handy when everyone finished swimming and wanted to go take a warm shower. I wanted our 50th Anniversary celebration party to be fun and memorable and this home helped to make that happen but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you Alma!
