«Very nice stay for four nights at Villa Floresco. Online description is very accurate with one large room and en-suite bath. Everything is in top condition. Stunning views to the mountains and overlooking the city and ocean. Property shows clear pride of ownership. Very convenient to hiking trails, about 10 minutes to downtown restaurants and 15 to the harbor. »

«The place was just what we wanted: easy and close by, clean and spacious enough for the three of us. One highlight is the large dining table because we are board gamers and had a great spot to play! The one bathroom (as advertized) was big and easy to share.»

«We were in SB for Father’s 90th bday. My sister also had a studio at the Villa, so we could all visit in the great yard area. All fenced in and well lit at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome. We could walk to my parents house, and any number of restaurants. It was a great location! Plus it had parking since we drove from SD. »

«There was some mix up at check in and the room we paid for was not available. Also we needed a dog room which apparently even though I stated it in the notes was not reservable In the end we got a very tiny room with a sub par access path and wasn’t able to really enjoy any of the real beauty of the hotel, except for in lobby Hotel tried to make it right. «Myself and two roommates from UCSB 20yrs ago were having amemorial trip for a 4th roommate who passed away recently. We were just looking for something downtown close to everything where each of the 3 of us could have our own bed. This property fit the bill perfectly. Each of us had our own room and a queen sized bed which was ideal. The kitchen and living room area are not huge but for the small amount of hours we spent in there in the evenings it was still plenty of room for us. Comunications ...
