«Plenty of room for the four of us. Kids slept in the two pull out beds near the tv and fireplace. Room was very cozy and located within walking distance of the beginners area and another lift. Room had everything we needed to cook a small Christmas dinner. »

«Our big family group loved the place in early October and can only imagine how great it would be as a ski vacation. Management was very responsive — we had a plumbing issue and they sent an emergency plumber on Friday night. Strange problem that the front door code stopped working after the initial check-in, but the garage entrance remained usable so no harm done. Kitchen is beautifully appointed and the gift of American Spoon jam and BBQ sauce was a sweet Up-North-forward gesture! Great spot ...

It is conveniently located near dining options, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The bed and living room seating were comfortable. We also loved the creative vibe throughout the house.Mike was a responsive and gracious host. We're already planning our next visit.»

«The home was welcoming and in the perfect location. We were just a few minutes from Nubs Nob, Highlands, and downtown Harbor Springs. The open floor plan allowed for family games and yet was roomy enough for people to have their own space. I would totally bring my family back to stay here.»

«Great property. Spacious for our family of 10 adults and 7 children 7-13 yo. Kitchen was huge and well equiped. Living room was large enough for all the adults and kids could move in at out at the same time with ease. Lower rec room allowed separation if kids wanted that.We look forward to returning next year.»

«Property clean and communication with Al was very easy and helpful! Location was wonderful - nice neighborhood yet very close to shopping/parks/ski resorts. Layout of house was unusual, but still very functional. Petosky stones were a nice touch!»

«This property was absolutely perfect for our annual family ski trip. The condo is not directly on the mountain but it is easily a ski in/ski out as long as there is enough snow. Very clean and equipped with the essentials that you would need. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking tools. A very lovely stay! »

«This property was just adorable. Super cozy. It had everything we needed. It was a short drive from downtown and so close to petoskey and other cities. Laura the property manager was quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back there again!»

«I cannot say enough about this 5 star property. Everything you could possibly need-it has! Excellent location to downtown Petoskey-easy walk. Every room was fully stocked and we needed nothing. Although Victorian in house architecture, each room has been remodeled with modern features and updated decor. I can’t think of a single thing negative. We went during Petoskey Christmas Open House, Dec 5-7, 2024 and everything was snow covered. It was beautiful »

«My wife and sons and I stayed here and used it as a base of operations for day trips (Mackinac Island, St. Ignace, Cheboygan). It was great! Homey and comfortable. The fire pit was great, the host provided firewood (plus there’s tons to be gathered in the nearby woods). Kitchen was very nicely equipped for a northern Michigan cabin, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. Lastly, it was nice watching the deer eat from the fruit trees on the other side of the road. Would recommend!»
