Nestled just outside the charming coastal village of Berrynarbor, close to the beautiful Hele Bay this wonderful home will serve guests well with close proximity to the village’s traditionally styled pub, tearooms, post office and local store, further amenities can be found at Combe Martin (2.5 miles) and Ilfracombe (4 miles). The lovely array of country and coastal walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, allowing guests to enjoy the crackle of twigs underfoot, or a short drive takes you to the outstanding Exmoor National Park where a host of wildlife is waiting for you. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton all within 15 miles, whilst you could also visit the pretty beach of Watermouth Harbour (1.5 miles). Other attractions include the ancient Cliff Railway at Lynton and Lynmouth (15 miles), Exmoor Zoo (10 miles), Watermouth Castle (1.5 miles) and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (3.5 miles).
Stepping up into this homely retreat you will soon notice the idyllic blend of both character and contemporary features. The opening porch space is perfect to slip off those walking boots after a day of adventures or tap off those sandy toes at the door after a day of sandcastle architecture. Venturing further into the home you will pass through the spacious dining area, an ideal space for all to share those laid-back meals together, before heading into the lounge which sits a comfortable sofa, along with two additional armchairs from which to enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV in front of the electric fire. Heading back through the dining space will lead you to the kitchen/diner, which will provide all the appliances needed for a stress-free stay. A breakfast table is also found here and provides the ideal spot for your morning cuppa, with those stunning sea views out to the rear of the property. When the night draws in, make your way up the stairway which will bring you to the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom is well equipped with a king-size bed and ample clothing space, whilst the second bedroom is fitted as a twin room with two single beds. The final bedroom completes the home with a single bed.
Stepping outside from the kitchen will bring you out onto your own rear garden. With the stunning sea views over the North Devon coastline this is the perfect space to enjoy that evening tipple or alfresco breakfast with friends and family. There is also a summer house to escape the coastal breeze on the chillier days, along with an extra room hosting a free-standing bath allowing for a lovely soak whilst taking in the ocean scenery.
