«My cousin and I stayed here for just one night at the end of our stay on Lake Atitlán. Our room (one of the teepees) was great and had everything we needed. The communal bathrooms were often out of toilet paper and paper towels. The restaurant/bar was expensive but the food was good. The bottom of the pool was covered in algae and no one was swimming while we were there. But the location is great for exploring Pana. Overall we would recommend but feel like the price is high for what you get. »

«The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! »

«Nice hotel with really clean floors, comfortable beds, and basic services. The owner is very helpful when you need it. Located on the quieter side of town, this hotel is about 1.5 miles from the Embarcadero for San Pedro and San Juan. Laundry services are available for a reasonable price. Breakfast is also available for various options. »

«Mike who runs the property is an awesome guy and very helpful and accommodating. The property is super unique on the side of the volcano overlooking San Juan. I’m leaving this review to tell people to probably use Hostelworld to book this property because this is actually an old account. «Die Zimmer sind riesig und es ist sehr zentral. Dafür findet man nie jemanden der da arbeitet und geschweige denn das Hotel selbst (Kein Schild). Es ist wohl eine Unterkunft für Langzeitgäste die zur Sprachschule gehen. Schade denn die Zimmer sindnriesig und der Aufenhaltsbereich ist toll.»

«Sarnai is amazing! From arrival to departure. Easy and smooth. Everything looked clean, cozy, comfortable and provided everything that is needed. It is a great stay in such a beautiful part of the world. It is evident the host has put attention, care and awareness into this place. Everything is great from the vibes, views to the surrounding nature. I particularly like that each room has it's "own name". Sarnai is highly, highly recommended, one of my new favorite places. »

«Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. «Everything we needed was accommodated. It is a big home perfect for families and friends. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away in a beautiful garden. Our host kept a clear line of communication, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended. »
