«The property location is not good and very far from city with no access to market or shops nearby. The property doesn’t have a lift and we had to climb up three storeys for room access. The room was big however the sitting area mattress was in a poor condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. »

«There were some maintenance issues when we checked in but our room was upgraded to make our stay comfortable. We were offered the services of the hotel transport which we took. Hussian the driver was friendly and had good knowledge of the area which made our tours enjoyable. Overall we found the hotel nice & comfortable with good food and friendly staff. «I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old. The room was tidy. «All in all a 3/5 star experience. Here is why: The Location was nice,but no better or worse than any other in the area. The facility was clean and spacious and the balcony view was very nice!
