«We had booked this property back in Oct 2023 for our March 2024 holiday in Florida , paying all the money up front in October 2023 through Hotels.com .We received a confirmation number from Hotels.com and no further correspondence . «Beautiful neighborhood, was perfectly centered for us to travel to a tigers game and cape Canaveral . There was a manned launch on one of the nights and we could see it from the deck. Friendly attentive owners, would definitely recommend.»

«Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong.»

«Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue" ...

«It was charming, I give you that. But the toilets and showers reeked of sewer. Owner said I have to flush it out to clean out the P-Trap(s). How is that my job as a guest? I slept on the sofa in the living room, the smell seeped into all the bedrooms. I had to leave early and was not reimbursed»

«This Vrbo is as pictured. Upon entering, the odor was an old musty smell. The double door entrance is kind of a pain. There was a dead roach on the floor and one in the kitchen sink. The set up was odd. Overall, I’d rate this a 5 out of 10.»

«Our stay here was pleasant and it was nice to be able to walk downtown. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Only a few minor things were bothersome. Road noise was very loud. There was a very unpleasant smell in the house and we couldn't open some windows and others had no screens. Would have been nice to have a few more kitchen staples like sugar, salt etc. Communication with owner was wonderful tho.»

«We really enjoyed our time at this little studio. It was in a perfect spot as far as location near other things to do and see. It was very private and the lane was very nice to walk our dog. Sitting out on the deck, we could even hear the barred owls at night calling each other. That was very special!»

«The house was conveniently located for the event we were attending. The house was beautiful, with an open floor concept in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 3 driveways provided plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailers. Checkin was seemless without issue. Everything was clean and ready to go for us upon arrival. There were a couple cliches, but prop mgr addressed and it was nothing that really effected our stay. Plenty of towels and linens, with extra pillows and fans. The pool ...
