The Emerald Club is a delightful mixture of rustic Tahoe décor with modern touches that is sometimes described as "Mountain Luxury". With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeping 8, this is a wonderful retreat where families and friends can gather.
The entry-level of this home offers a well-appointed kitchen with a large dining table where everyone can come together for a meal. The living area with soaring ceilings and wood floors made from 100+-year-old reclaimed wood, soft sofas, and a fireplace create the ultimate gathering space. Get together on the deck and enjoy the outdoor fireplace or quietly soak in the hot tub while gazing at the stars and tall trees. A bedroom suite with a queen bed also opens to the deck and the hot tub.
There are two suites on the second floor, both bedrooms featuring queen beds. At the top of each staircase landing, you will find a twin bed that is open to the downstairs. This is a great spot for additional sleeping or getting cozy and reading the latest novel. The fourth bedroom is above the detached garage and just a few steps away from the front door to the main house.
Located in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect retreat for those looking for a peaceful mountain escape. Due to the quiet nature of the neighborhood and concentration of local housing, it's imperative to keep noise to a minimum and not draw attention from the neighbors.
