Island Paradise is just that- and some of the BEST VIEWS on Anna Maria Island! Panoramic views of the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches. And don't forget the legendary sunsets. It simply does not get any better than this.

This beautiful condo has a clean and modern feel. The living room has a large comfortable couch for enjoying your evenings. The bedrooms are cozy and have great detail in the decor.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you would need for a family vacation. There are stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of comfortable spaces to sit for both dining and relaxing. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full. The master suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom also has a full bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and there is plenty of closet storage in each as well.

The property is centrally located on the Island. You are a short walk to many activities including shops, restaurants, grocery, surf shop, and more. Most importantly, you are here for the fabulous beach! It is just a few steps out your condo door and right there you are. The complex has a private heated pool and covered parking spot.

Loved this place. Overall as described. Only issue was not having an elevator, which was in description. It was fine for our group. Has been updated and very well done. All of us were on the beach in the morning and pool in afternoon. Communication with management group was quick and when we had a question, Ty was quick to respond. Look forward to coming back to AMI, and when we do, this will be the first place that will try and book.

It was wonderful! The beach was the best. We saw dolphins swimming as we sat on the beach almost every day. The view from the condo was perfect!! Thank you! The beds & pillows were also super comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay so much!!

Family vacation
This condo has an amazing view! The space is great for families with young children, we were able to put them to bed and watch a show in the living room with the hallway door closed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to make any meal! It’s right near the grocery store and several shops and restaurants. I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Views
The condo was beautiful. Beach was fantastic and pool very warm even on our cold days. The dishwasher was broken our entire stay. For most, this wouldn’t be a big deal but for a mom of little girls who all have food allergies it was quite a big deal for me. I cooked every night and so the extra dishes weren’t really what I was looking for on my vacation. Overall, the property was very nice. I do feel like the exterior of the condo could use a little power washing and cleaning. no handicap accessibility for top floors. But overall stunning and we are very happy with our stay.

Nice stay
Nice place and we enjoyed the updates and the location. Roomy spaces and the beds were comfortable. Appreciated the simple parking (although we were unable to use our covered spot do to a leak in the ceiling and pieces of it falling on the roof of our car.) Gave it a 4* based on a few things from just our visit, especially for the premium we paid. 1. No elevator (which we knew ahead of time. It wasn't that bad but it's unfortunate the building doesn't have one) 2. Could use a few extra towels as spares. Washing the towels was no easy task in the very tiny washing machine. 3. The place was clean but there were dust balls floating on the floor which could easily be vacuumed by cleaning crew and the cabinet doors/refrigerator/microwave had smudge marks from food/dirty hands/etc which a simple wipe off would take care of. So I had to clean all that myself upon arrival. I'd like to suggest replacing the kitchen faucet to something more user friendly. I get the modern theme however it was a pain to use and would drip if handle not put in just the right place. Also, the refrigerator filter is due to be changed.

Excellent property other than the pool not being heated. Big disappointment for our grankids.

Everything you need
Great location. Right on the beach , two minutes walk to supermarket ( however if you arrive there on Saturday evening don’t attempt to go grocery shopping until Sunday) lines are crazy. Our group didn’t eat out but there are restaurants close by. Beach is awesome with clean water and lots of walks. Condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, and buggy boards in the storage for us to use. Review before us were complaining about having one key per condo. We solved that problem by locking our key into a safe where we initially found it so whoever went to condo first would have to type the code and get the key out. Would highly recommend this place.

Perfect ocean view condo
Fully equipped and perfectly situated right on the beach. We stayed there for 3-4 weeks and loved staying there. We will be back. Perfect ocean view, I love Holmes beach Heated pool - my kids loved it. Even in January the water was heated enough Beautiful sunset from the condo Not crowded - great location. Although little too close to manatee public beach Fully equipped Cabana has chairs, surf boards, umbrella(would like to see a working umbrella and little better chairs) Door keys(2 locks, only 1 set of keys and not in any keychain) are little problem. I would love to see keyless entry fir easy in and out. We were locked out once for long time since keys were confusing.

Excellent accommodations and location!
Island Paradise # 5 would be a perfect location for a family vacation on beach with a pool. Problem was that pool was not usable for the entire 6 day stay. Info like this would be nice to have when booking a vacation. Would not have booked this location if the pool was not in use.
